Hi this motorhome needs work first the Buyer picks it up no shipping. Ok this has a 440 motor that has not been running for at least 5 to 10 years now. We took it on vacations along time ago. As far as we know the air did work at one time no more. The gages still work radio horn tilt steering. lights are aged and the plastic get old and cracked. Refrigetrator does not work oven and stove works water pump all the water holding tanks are on yet sewer tanks. Toilet bathroom sink good. All the cupboard good shape. The ceilings covering is peeling off. And the table and all the seating is good. Now the odometer when we got it stoped working we had 30.000 miles on the engine at that time no more then 50,000 on the engine. We always stayed in Michigan camping we did go to Florida one time and ohio that was about it. So u see as is their is. The engine and the iron is worth something even if u don't get it running. 1975 dodge Mitas sportsman rv motor home for sale. I have restored, gutted, and remodeled the motorhome, giving it a modern look. Roof and windows have been resealed and there are no leaks. Motorhome has new wood floors. Shower/bathroom, 4 burner stove/oven, double sink, new hot water heater, mini fridge, and A/C. All of these work perfectly. Also comes with ONAN generator which does not work, but you can fix it or pull it out and sell it for parts. Open floor plan design with the capability to sleep 4. Has a pullout couch/bed in the back and a memory foam mattress above cab, in the over hang. New cameo paint job on the exterior. 5.9 motor.
