The condition of the Airstream is certainly not ready for camping. It will take a complete renovation from floor to ceiling to be able to use it again. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase independently. Stock #273293 28' International Airstream project, huge potential upside when completed! Take a look at this project. It is a 1978 International 28 foot Ambassador possibly. There is nothing in the unit to truly provide an accurate assessment of what it once was however the bathroom was definitely in the rear of the camper. This will need a full restoration and possibly need to be towed on a flat-bed to its next location as there are some floorboards not intact. The Airstream on the exterior needs a little less work however there are several items that would be necessary to make it road worthy including the lights. Selling our 1978 Airstream 25' Tradewind: converted into a Colorado State Health Dept approved mobile food trailer/kitchen.Steel frame was reinforced to carry the point loading of heavy tanks and appliances.The walls were stripped down to bare metal and sprayed with closed-cell polyurethane blown in insulation for extra shell rigidity and thermal efficiency. Interior walls were then covered with health dept approved wipe-able FRP walls and custom aluminum inner skin on end caps.Custom knotty alder and inset aluminum door cabinets built around wheel wells with lots of storage.Durable easy to clean vinyl flooring. Updated AC blows nice and cold and can also be switched to provide heat via a built in heating element.Unlike most concession trailers which are dark and cramped, this old girl is bright and spacious.All new trailer wiring and harness and all exterior lighting and electric brakes work great.60 gallon fresh water, 80 gallon grey water, 6 gallon electric hot water heater.All new 120/240 volt electrical with a 50 amp panel, (will also run on 30 amp service with adapter) Undercounter commercial frig and counter-top convection oven.This is the perfect eye catching trailer for vending coffee/drinks, pastries etc., at farmers markets and events.The awning is in great shape with bright fabric and works as it should.She is still lightweight and easy to tow, with clean Colorado title.Also have the original owner's manual and lot's of original parts.We used this classic with a wood-fired pizza oven.
