Hate to see her go for we had a lot of fun camping in her but, work has us tied down and would like to sell to someone like you who can have fun and enjoy her as we did!! This camper runs and drives excellent and turn key ready! We restored our camper to look like you are in a log cabin as seen in pictures. Camper as been gutted to a shell inside, windows removed and re-chalked. Camper was refurbished threw-out the entire vehicle including walls, ceiling etc. Got rid of the 80's/90's nasty look and replaced with a custom one off look. While I had it all torn apart, we replaced wiring (where needed), new custom cabinets and tons storage threw-out. Got rid of the old stove and replaced with storage and new counter top and cabinets. Installed new microwave, sink, new faucets kitchen and bathroom. Installed a electric hot water heater. Installed new upgraded cable hookup and TV wall mounting. New electric hookup with the best plugins you can buy set up to run with 30amp 120v or there is a adapter to run at regular outlet power. Or all can be run from the gas generator located in the RV storage outside, generator was refurbished and is in working condition. The thing I love about this camper the most, is you can just unplug from your camper site and drive around anywhere you would like to go for the day. No worries of taking another vehicle on your daily adventures. List of most items just recently done in the last couple thousand miles or sooner since the new transformation including mechanical work for preventive maintenance so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go: Top end of the motor completely rebuilt, new gaskets, seals, rebuilt heads, intake system, water pump, new distributor, H.D.alternator, full tuneup, new fluids and radiator flush. New shocks in front and air ride adjustable suspension in back. Upgraded A/C to modern 134a, new battery, 6 new tires. Exhaust upgraded for more power and more. Electric start 30 amp generator with new fuel lines and primmer bulb all just done. Mechanical work done by a local shop by a ASC certified Toyota mechanic with over 30 years experience. One look at the motor and you can see all the new parts installed. Has 6 gallon storage tank for the generator separate from the truck gas tank. Black and grey water storage tanks work without any leaks. A/C unit in living area was replaced with a later model rebuilt higher 13.500 BTU unit with new thermostat installed on wall. Unit can be retro with heater element or use the gas heater. We ran a electric heater in the winter. Interior Work : New high quality heavy duty upholstery and curtains. Should outlast the truck much better than factory. New high end driver and passenger seats with center console and cooler. Inside completely refurbished with custom one off look. Custom built dinning area and lighting that transforms into a bed. New counter tops and all new high quality faucets. New high quality hardwood vinyl flooring. Completely refurbished shower surround with new fixtures. New toilet, new microwave, new hot water heater. New power feeds with the best plugs you can buy, new circuit breakers. AC to DC power converter refurbished. Backup camera. Refurbished outdoor running lights and added new door lights for outside camping security. New water line hookup and best quality septic line. Basically made it more of a modern style vehicle you would see at a dealership today. Outside is basically stock. Preventive maintenance done threw-out for your trouble free adventures. I have a nice older motorhome for sale. When it was just me, it was perfect. For two, non-petite folks, it's a bit small. It's not perfect but it's in better than average condition. The vehicle systems all work just fine. It runs and drives great. Good tires and brakes, later model radio with all the bells and whistles, vehicle a/c blows cold. It was a state of the art van chassi when new. Based on a 1989 GMC Vandura G2500. The camping systems are all there but I haven't used all of them. It has an on board propane tank so no BBQ grill tanks needed. Roof a/c will freeze you out if you fall asleep with it blowing full blast. (Don't ask me how I know that.) No leaks in the propane system but all I've used was the stove. I didn't realize the propane tank was nearly full when I got it so I haven't tried to use the furnace. I generally use it for day trips to have a comfortable picnic with shelter in case of rain. Hook up a generator and run the a/c at the race track while your competition sweats in the pits. It has a toilet, shower and sink but I've never used them so I don't know the condition of the plumbing. It also has an outside shower. I've only used the refrigerator on electric (yes it works and it's fairly new) but it may also run on propane. It's a Coachmen Horizon model and it well equipped except it does NOT have an on board generator. I use a large one I pull in a support trailer at the races. I'd prefer to sell outright. I'll consider a whole or partial trade for a nice Goldwing Aspencade with reverse, a Wrangler with manual transmission, or perhaps something else. Surprise me. The worst I can do is pass. I do NOT need help selling it. I will not list it in your RV's for sale magazine.

This motorhome is a holiday rambler, xl aluma lite, It's a nice running motrhome with a 454 GM gas engine and auto transmission. It also has the banks power pack, which gives you that extra power to maintain speeds up mountains, and cruise on flats, Comes with Tag axle, (a dream when towing,) level jacks, two roof a/c, back up camera,front and rear radio controls, twin beds in rear,bath,with shower and vanity, full kitchen with stove,micro, four place seating dinette. Just ran a 2900 mile trip from Niagara falls to Orlando Fla and back. Just Installed new front tires, exhaust, and headers, tune up with wire and heat shields,, oil change,and a rebuild carburetor. New wiper arms and blades.Very smooth ride when loaded. front and rear air works fine. The unit has just been winterized, The generator is a after market 3500 watt , pull start, which works fine and is mounted under in the storage compartment. I never use generator on trips, Everything works. the propane tank is about 3/4 full. Now, please look at the photos of the front of the motorhome, this unit had a bra mounted on the nose since new, i took it off when i bought it. the paint on the upper part by the grille has peeled from the bra rubbing on it , looks like it was repainted at some point. brakes are good, new hub caps up front. The decor is old school, but it great shape. all drapes are in tack. two flat screens with dvd players, front and rear. The frig was replaced by the prev owner, It's a 110 electric only. I threw a chunk of dry ice for the trip, worked fine when plugged at camp site.Rear tires are good, but have 30% life left. no rot . I have 100% feedback, I tell it like it is. This motorhome is NOT new. The good thing with this unit is, parts are ez to get, and ez to work on. By the way, on the trip the alternator went out, ran a line from the chassi batteries to the engine battery and kept going to Florida. (marine alternetor was rebuild in Aug,2014) a 200.00 non refundable deposit is required after you buy it. I will not hold it till you get your wife to approve, and will not trade for a helicopter.
