This Barth Regal is not a typical motor coach, it was designed and finished (by it's original owners) to be a hospitality coach. It has no full time bedroom, it does have a large lounge area and galley designed for entertaining six to eight people. The original owner's son stated this Barth was used for golf outings, Penn State football tailgating, taking friends and business associateds to the horse races or a night out on the town, the ultimate Barth party barge.. Some of the special features are the built in ice make by Dometic, built in bar blender, wine racks, cork lined liquor cabinets and ample space to service drinks and food. It has a factory built in 6 CD changer, VCR and high end audio system with six built in cabinet speakers. Originally the tub area of the shower was converted into a custom built bber cooler; the framed liquor inventory plaque still hangs next to the galley for easy reference. One other point to mention are the high ceilings in the Barth, a 6'3" person can comfortably maneuver around the entire coach, also noted are the high quality velvet cloth ceilings in the Barth. Up until the 2nd owners purchased in 2004 this Barth was stored in a climate controlled building. The Barth also has a built in security system , exterior spot lights, manual leveling system , pass through storage, Custom Horn System, CB Radio, Leather Driver & Passenger's Seat, 4 Lounge Chairs with 2 side tables that have pull out table tops. This 1991 Motorhome had some damage on the outside but now repaired. Its beautiful inside and for once "EVERTHING" works. Sleeps 8. Upholstery is fine, has that great Ford 460 engine that runs so smooth and powerful. Automatic Trans. New Radio and CD player...also CB radio. The cab is great and has Overdrive,power steering and brakes and new dash air. The roof air works great...blows cold cold. All new interior lights, all the guages for water & waste work great....and the Fridge has top Freezer and works great. Has propane stove with microwave. The Generator fires right up and keeps everything working. Has all brand new tires. They gave this a salvage title when it was damaged but its the best thing on the market for the money..This is very negotiable as the owners health forces sale ....also has HWH hydraulic jacks. For sale is my 1991 Winnebago Class C motorhome. It is 27 ‘ with a rear bedroom with twin beds. It has a large 3 way fridge, 4 burner stove, sink and microwave. It has a separate bathroom and shower, and the rear bedroom can be shut off for privacy. It has a great 4000 Onan generator with only about 65 hours on it (very low hours for this year of motorhome). I purchased the motorhome from a retired couple who bought a brand new larger Class A motorhome. The water pressure, LPG gas, tank level monitoring, and other systems work well. The twin beds in the rear are very comfortable with new mattresses still in plastic. I just installed two brand new deep cycle batteries to keep all systems running great. The motorcoach is on a Ford 350 chassis with a 460 V-8 motor. The motor runs like new, and the miles on the coach are 68,000. The tread is good on the tires, and all the lights work inside and outside the motorhome. There are screens on all the windows, as well as privacy blinds. This motorhome is a pleasure to drive on the highway, and I would not hesitate to take it cross country. There is some delamination on the left side of the motorhome, but none on the right. The previous owner said it was parked under a carport style structure, but the left side always faced the sun. Apparently they can be re-glued, but because so many of these older ones have this issue, it did not bother me. The roof was resealed a few months ago, as well as some of the windows. At one time there was leakage over the front sleeping area, but it has been re-sealed and does not appear to leak now. The motorhome has leveling jacks built into the back, and it has an awning in good condition. The coach comes with all its original manuals for the motorhome and the individual appliances. The original upholstery is in excellent condition both in the coach, and the cab areas of the motorhome. The motorhome is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the listing at any time.
