1991 Pioneer Travel Trailer... Here is the story: A couple years ago I purchased this camper on eBay. The listing sounded great, and I mistakenly took the word of the seller. The purchase was a few states away and I was pressed for time picking this up. Got it home, and became to busy to do anything with it. When things in life calmed down I started to get into the camper. Only to find extensive water damage to the ceiling, left side and rear of camper. you couldn't see this at first glance because the damage was behind all of the cabinets, walls, etc. so in a fit of rage I gutted nearly the whole thing.(left right side and front wall). so with an empty shell I replaced all the framing on walls an ceiling. installed new electrical work, insulated walls and ceiling, sealed all the cracks, and put up new high density paneling, for sound proofing. I also laid a new sub floor for peace of mind. I built a platform bed Then I put in tongue and groove laminate flooring. Installed real wood cabinets with a corian countertop to the left side, and shelving units with a secretary deck on the left. Also on the right side there was enough room for a closet type area, which I lined with tongue and groove cedar planks. On the left side and also the bottom part of bed has tongue and groove oak planks. The bed area I installed carpeting on walls and platform, again for sound proofing. Purchased a new pillow top mattress. installed a 32" Vizio TV that also includes a new leaf antenna , small Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven, and a new air conditioner ( window unit that I install in window above countertop when arriving at campground.) I installed a safe for added security .On the ceiling there are 12" square ceiling tiles. I got a great deal on a large quantity of them and have enough left over to do the ceiling two more times. sale includes those as well. I stapled screens to the windows, and hung some curtains. there is an under cabinet light as well as a plug in lamp attached to wall. plenty of lighting. On the outside. I purchased a some tarring for the roof and went to work ceiling all the areas that I would think water could get in. It isn't pretty up there, but it doesn't leak. Purchased 3 new tires and rims. New sway bar system that you can see in pictures, hitch receiver for truck is included. Installed new LED taillights. The original door handle lock could be opened with any key, so that was also replaced with a new one .There was a aqua blue and yellow stripe that I did not care for, so I rattle canned over them with a redish color. the marks around the window were there when I bought it, and they won't come off, so it needs a fresh paint job. the widow on the left side needs a new winder in it. It works but does not close tight. its an easy fix that I am leaving for the new owner. If I were to keep it I would just upgrade the windows that you can find at a RV shop that has used parts. windows are a planked style that open upward. Also included are new leveling jacks, and wheel chalks.. So in conclusion, this camper is now in complete usable condition that would be great for a single person, couple, or small family. As of now there are no leaks that I can detect. I spent a ton of money on this damn thing, that I know I wont get back. My loss is your gain. Title is free and clear. There is no buy it now price, that takes the fun out of it.. If you want to talk about it in detail or have a questions you can call me 440-539-2619 or send me a message. Brian is my name... I have a low reserve only for the sake of this listing is at a bad time and doesn't get exposure.. you are welcome to see it before bidding. I live in Lake County Ohio
