1995 Cobra Monterey , 1995 Monterey by Cobra 28 foot Class-A Motorhome RV 33,600 miles. 454 Chevy engine with 4 barrell carb, Transmission cooler . Smogged 08/25/2015 New front bearings, calipers, and rotors installed 09/08/2015 . Registered until 09/16. Queen walk around bed. Bathroom with shower and sitting tub, sink, and toilet. Full kitchen with stove, oven, double sinks, refridgerator/freezer and microwave. Couch folds out to bed. Eating table with 2 chairs. TV Stereo Awning Propane tank. Hot water heater. Onan Emerald I Genset generator (see below) Water pump. Black and grey water tanks with black water flush. Outside shower. Roof top AC and furnace. 2 deep cycle 12v house batteries 45 AMP service. 1 coach battery. Tow hitch. All the above work well and have not had any issues besides the generator (see below). The engine and transmission are strong with no overheating problems on grades or in heat. Known Issues: The generator ran one year ago and should still run. There is a problem with either the wiring from the house batteries or generator switch. All of a sudden no power to generator. The roof is ripped.

This unit is being sold AS IS, but as far as we know everything is in working condition. There is a two door Norcold refrigerator, a 4 burner Magic Chef stove and a Ventline exhaust fan. Living room has a jack-knife sofa, a swivel rocker and a corner TV cabinet. Bathroom has an RV commode, small tub and shower with surround, and sink. Bedroom is in the rear, with a full size mattress and some overhead storage. There is a huge two door closet in the hallway measuring 6.6' x 4.6' x 2'.
