Great camper that our family has really enjoyed. Everything works correctly, we took it to Florida twice and the lake once this summer before buying a motor home. It comes fully loaded with AC, oven, microwave, hot water heater, water pump, shower, refrigerator, toilet, holding tanks for fresh water, separate black and grey tanks, awning, generator, electric jacks with swing out hinges for dually trucks, solid floor, roof, and walls. Does not leak. However, like most campers like this one the skirts have water damage, the camper sat outside for most of its life so the paint shows signs of fading, it weathered a hail storm so the metal roof has dings in it, I replaced the original refrigerator with a standard 110V mini refrigerator, finally the front glass has a crack in it but it is double pane glass and has never leaked.
