We are offering our 30' Jayco Designer travel trailer for sale. It is a rare front kitchen design that provides one of the largest living areas in its class. It has many features that are not usually found in a recreational vehicle in this price range. Some of the amenities include a 12'x3' slide out that extends the living and dining rooms. This floorplan has allowed the bed and bath rooms to be very large and comfortable. A 20' awning covers both entries and the entire area between the doors. It even has an outdoor shower on the left side of the trailer and a reversible fan in the kitchen ceiling. This trailer has been well cared for and we have made some major upgrades in the time we have owned it. All systems are in great working and it is ready to for you to take it camping tomorrow. This is a nice clean well kept trailer. It has the following : stove with oven, fridge, freezer, AC, heat, built in microwave. new stereo with CD, and new tires. I have never camped in this but have checked it over pretty good and as far as I can see everything works just as it should. Not a big deal but it is there. Overall this is still a very nice camper. 1997 Jayco Hawk Travel Trailer that sleeps 6. Full kitchen, bathroom, living area and Queen Bed. TV and Radio included. Brand new 2000 lbs jack, suspension, new wiring harness, new axle, new spring, new awning. All put on within the past 3 months. Changed the jack from a 1000 lbs to a 2000 lbs jack. 2000 Jayco Kiwi 23B, 2000 Jayco Kiwi 23B, You will not find a cleaner unit! It is spotless. This is a hybrid trailer meaning that the 2 beds are open up at each end of the trailer. A hybrid trailer gives you so much more "living" space than a travel trailer as the beds don't take up any of the floor plan, they add to it. There is tons of storage. The front bed is a queen size and the back bed is a double. Canvas is in great shape. No leaks. Lots of new parts. 2 new axles (full axles with all new brakes), 2 new tires, new inverter/converter, new refrigerator pc board, new furnace pc board, new kitchen and bath faucets. The air conditioner works great. Set up with 2 marine batteries (included) so you can camp without electric for 3-5 days. There is soft spot in the floor near rear bed and in small spot on ceiling of the bathroom. Both have been there since we bought the trailer 5 plus years ago and have not gotten any worse. Since we have owned it, it has been stored in our garage when not in use. This has been a GREAT trailer for us and I am sorry that it has to be sold. I have more pictures and am happy to email them to you. Would consider trade for a Jeep. $5,900.00

Overall length is 28 feet making for easy towing and maneuvering with a lot of living space. A slideout expands the living area which contains a jackknife sofa and optional dinette that can each be made into beds, a new 23 flat screen TV, large gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner gas range with lightly used oven, double ceramic sink with upgraded spray head faucet, microwave oven and lots of cabinet space. Hot water is provided by a 6 gal gas/electric DSI water heater with bypass for winterization. A bathroom with sink, new high profile Thetford toilet and cabinets is off the hallway to bedroom with a tub/shower combo on the other side. A queen bed with a new mattress is in the bedroom. A gas furnace and roof mounted 15,000 BTU AC provides ducted climate control. There is a thermostat controlled vent fan and a ceiling fan in the living area to provide good air movement on milder days. There are day/night window shades throughout and a stone guard covering the rear window. The 16 foot awning is in good condition and there is a slide topper protecting the slideout roof. Tires (GY Marathon), batteries (2) and propane tanks (2) with level gages have been recently replaced as has the living area carpet. $9,499.00
