For Sale: Very nice Jayco, 31 foot, self contained, bumper pull camper/travel trailer/rv. This is in excellent condition. Very well maintained. Sleeps 6. Needs nothing but a new owner! I love this camper, and hate to let it go, but I need/want a toy hauler. I was camping in this 2 weeks ago, and everything works as it should. This camper was over $24,000 new, with many factory upgrades. There have been some nice aftermarket upgrades added also. Powered slide out for the living/dining/kitchen area. Rubber roof, with extra insulation in the roof from the factory. No roof leaks ever. No smoking or pets ever. 15,000 BTU central overhead ducted air conditioning. 31,000 BTU central floor ducted heating. Raised panel, oak cabinets thru out. Large 3 way fridge. 3 powered roof vents that can blow in or out, controlled by a thermostat, with rain covers. These were added at over $400 each. Sofa folds out to a very comfortable bed. Dinette converts to bed. Built in microwave. 3 burner cook stove with oven, powered overhead range hood with exhaust and light. 6 gallon electric/gas water heater, with bypass. You can take a nice, long hot shower with this. Skylight in bathroom. Full size shower, with accordion type door. Awning over entry doors. This is starting to show it's age, and it has a couple of spots that have been repaired with tape. Awning over slide out, in good condition. 2 30# LP tanks, with new auto change over regulator, and new tank cover. 3 year old, 10 ply, load range E tires, in great shape. Powered jack on hitch, heavy duty, installed 3 years ago. Queen bed in the rear, with outside entry door in the bedroom. Shelf and cable TV outlet in bedroom, as well as the living room. TV cable-in port on exterior of camper. 12 volt deep cycle battery, with holder. AM/FM/CD stereo with 4 nice speakers. Like new spare tire with rear carrier and cover. 4 built in stabilizer jacks. Transport locks for the slide out. Holding tanks: fresh water with pump, black water, grey water for bathroom, grey water for kitchen. I'm not sure of the capacity of these tanks. I have all the owners manuals for the camper, and all of its equipment. I also have the "window sticker". 2 small scrapes on right rear exterior, otherwise, in excellent condition inside and out. Exterior decals are in good shape, with no peeling. I have clear title in hand. Local pickup prefered, but if you want it shipped, you are responsible for arrangements.
