LOCAL PICKUP ONLY I WON'T DELIVER YOU MUST PICKUP. Must be paid in cash within three days of end of auction or I must relist the item, no exceptions. When this Coleman Niagara by Fleetwood popup came out it was the crème of the crop because of the many features it offered, even still today it has more to offer than most popups. This isn't like those teeny tiny popups, this popup is actually quite roomy inside. I am also including some extras like a TV, DVD player, coffee machine, microwave w/toaster, and extra indoor/outdoor table, plus much more. This popup is 11 years old and does show signs of wear. There also was some water damage and so the top exterior has been patched and repainted and the interior ceiling shows signs of water damage that has not been repaired. While it still functions good, keeping it under a roof will extend its lifetime significantly. While there may be some issues with this popup there are also some great benefits to a 'loaded' popup like this, it really is a must see for the price, we have enjoyed it for many years even with its issues: Features: • Slide Out Dining Area(Most pop-ups don't have this feature and it makes for so much more room and easier for people to walk around inside, we have even played WII bowling inside) • 2 King Size Beds(77" x 70") • Dining Area converts to small bed - may fit 2 small children • Cable TV Connection • Dimensions When Opened 25' x 11'8" • Dimenions When Closed 19' x 7'5" • 6 Gallon Hot Water Tank • Cassette Toilet(Easily remove waste container and has a full indicator) • Interior Shower and exterior Shower hose w/hot/cold • 20 Gallon Grey Water Tank PLUS am including a portable grey water tank • 2 Propane Tanks(Great if one goes empty!) • 3 Way Refridgerator(Propane/Battery/120V) • Lots of storage areas throughout(54 Cubic Feet!) • Interior Height 81" • 3 Burner Inside Stove AND 2 Burner Outside Stove! • Electric Brakes • 12 Volt Electric Pump when using grey water tank(We never used it because we always hooked up to campground water-be sure to use the regulator we are including) • Says sleeping capacity 8 but not sure how they figure that, safer to say 6 • Air conditioner unit on roof(Says heat on AC unit but this unit does not have heat) • 110V 30A power cord Issues we are aware of: • Top has been patched in numerous places and repainted with solarflex paint • Inside ceiling shows signs of water damage • We are not aware that the popup leaks at this time but we have kept it under our carport once we realized it was leaking(We didn't keep a good eye on the seams), will be raining tomorrow and will check as we have it in the sun and will post an update(Update: Rained all day and night on 4-17 and we did not locate any leaks) • A couple of the connectors(They hold the bottom of the tent area in place) underneath the bed area are broke, this has never been an issue for us and am sure they could be replaced easily • One side of the area that velcro's to the door seems to have shrunk and so the Velcro does not meet the door, am sure a Velcro extension could fix that, seems the tent area right by the door shrunk a little • The support beam for the AC was repaired professionally by Dons Camperland • One of the stabilizers on the bottom was broken off when we bought this popup, we did replace it with another, it is not a match to the other 3 but does the job it is supposed to do • There are a couple of stains on the curtains and seating not bad though • The marine battery was bought 2 years ago but is dead, we found out that the gas monitor system is ALWAYS on and drained the marine battery when the camper was not being used(For safety reasons there is no off switch for the monitor system), we disconnected the battery as we always camped in a campground and didn't need it, it may recharge but not sure, never used though. The battery should be connected when using though as it also is attached to the break-away switch which engages the brakes should the popup become detached from your two vehicle. • An awning is also included, one of the poles is slightly bent I am pretty sure I have all or most of the owners manuals for this also. Good tires also and a clear title. I will also include the sway bar which is only a year old(keeps the popup from swaying when driving). You will need to use that, I can also include my truck hitch which has the extra ball for the sway bar. I have included a photo of the connector at the front of the popup that goes to your truck, if you don't have an electric brake system you should be ok to drive it home but should get one, as I recall I paid about $150 for the system and installation, most camper places can install it. 2003 Coleman Grand Tour Elite Bayside , I purchased this 2003-1/2 Coleman Bayside Elite camper new in 2003. The Bayside Elite remains the most popular tent camper that Coleman/Fleetwood ever offered primarily because of its spaciousness, many standard features, durability, construction quality, light weight and ease of towing. When I was looking for a family camper back in the day I did a ton of research and spoke with a lot of campers about brands, quality, desirable features, etc. It didnt take me long to learn that the Coleman Grand Tour Elite series of campers were some of the best-engineered and durable campers available at the time. As a result Coleman campers tend to really hold their value. I was not disappointed in my purchase and have enjoyed so many trouble-free camping trips with family & friends. I have mixed feelings about selling this camper but our camper needs are changing as our kids are camping with us much less these days and as such it is time to let our camper go to another family that can enjoy it as much as we have over the years. Please note that this is NOT my camper in the video it is just provided to show you much more detail than I can with my picture gallery. The camper in the video is a 2003 model year. My camper is a 2003-1/2 model year whereas both interior and exterior improvements were integrated into this mid-year model. I have seen the 2003 campers and the 2003-1/2 campers are superior in so many ways. This camper has been stored inside a building and covered every year since new from November through April. The camper is exceptionally clean inside and outside and everything (AC, Furnace, 2- Stoves, Refrigerator, Lights, Water System, Water Heater, Brakes, Lift System) works very well. The brakes were adjusted and the wheel bearings packed last year. The sofa and dinette cushion covers were all cleaned after last season and look fantastic. We are non-smokers. No musty odors because this camper has never been put away wetalways dried first! The 2003 Coleman Caravan Travel Trailer is like a small condo on wheels. The nice cabinetry in side, along with propane heating system and air conditioner make year-round RVing a possibility. Store your ice cream and frozen dinners in the freezer. Keep your cold beverages, salads, meats and fish in the refrigerator. Pop up a bag of pop-corn in the microwave. Cook a dinner on the indoor or on the outdoor stove. Wash everything up in the kitchen sink with the sprayer and the faucet. Need a shower? This camper has it. Want to give the little ones a bath. Use the bathtub. Forget having to walk to the campsite's restroom, as this camper has a Thetford toilet. Brush your teeth in the bathroom sink. Then....lay down in one of the most comfortable RVs you'll find. Several years ago, the owners replaced the slim one inch mattress with a custom made Memory Foam mattress. This isn't camping, it's RVing, and in style. All appliances work. The owners have replaced the following items over the years: Mattress, hot water heater, awning, kitchen faucet and a circuit breaker. We have winterized the unit in late fall, when not in use during the winter. The Fleetwood Trailer company replaced the entire floor (under warranty) in 2008. From underneath, it looks like a new trailer. We have towed this with a 1998 Ford Expedition without any problems. You should have a vehicle of comparable size to tow this. We have stabilizer bars and a hitch included.
