This motor home has been well maintained and serviced annually. All records are available. The coach had all new Michelin tires installed in June 2014 (less than 1500 miles since). Chassis batteries and slide-out awnings were replaced in April 2014. House batteries were replaced in February 2015. The exterior of the coach is in very good shape with the exception of a few minor issues e.g minor decal peel and rubber around tail lights. The interior of the coach is also in very good shape and has been smoke free since I have owned it for the last 10+ years. The coach has an amazing amount of storage room below the living area. This coach, in addition to the standard equipment listed in the table below, has the following upgrades and extras: an auto seek satellite system, a 7.5Kw diesel generator, window and door awnings, a trailer hitch, a CB radio, leather cockpit and reclining chairs, (the passenger side cockpit chair is also extra wide), a 12 cu ft two door Dometic refrigerator/freezer, an electrical management system to prevent damage due to shore power under and over voltage as well as protection from surges, a front cover bra, heavy duty carpet in cockpit area, a tow bar and brake system for the tow car, roof mounted dual chrome trumpet air horns, and a memory foam pad on the queen mattress.
