The exterior looks okay, but there are quite a few minor scratches on the body. The awning covering the top of the slide-out on the right side of the RV is torn. The Class A needs some simple TLC. The AC is currently not working and needs to be replaced. Everything else is functional. The seller currently keeps the unit hooked up to electricity, making sure air is moving inside the RV. Did not notice any funny smells.
