When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above to slightly above avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 37' foot According to NADA. This coach is a Forest River Georgetown RV built on a Ford F53 Stripped chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter Hitch Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal. New Material Stove top Electric fireplace, produces heat Microwave Oven TV s Slide toppers Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 100 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a Ford Triton V10 6.8 liter. The motor runs like it should The 5 speed Ford automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Marqui quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. Just a couple hundred hours There is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 65k This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 6 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Rubber roof Material Over the past 6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires date code that indicated they are the originals and there for should be replaced. There is some early signs of side wall cracking... The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I bought this RV from a dealer only auction. The RV was sold as actual miles. However, the auction did annouce carfax did show odometer issue. Upon pulling the car fax shortly after purchase in 2008 a ford dealer did some service work. Well, most likely an error was made by the ford dealer when entering the miles. anyhow, i will sell the RV as actual miles but the buyer will sign my copy of the car fax. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. Deposit I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, even on holidays, since paypal is never closed. Once the deposit has been received I will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your new home. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non refundable. We try our best to describe our units in detail. Small items such as remotes, TV or key fob, floor mats, extra keys and cd cartridges may be missing, even though not stated as missing. The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related expenses.) Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components. If you do not see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT an option on the vehicle. If you do not see floor mats, then the vehicle probably does not have them. If I do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do NOT bid. . If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24 hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance. I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid. In order to receive the $100 discount, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is due within 5 days period. If you do not pay within the 5 days we do reserve the right to NOT sell the unit to you. I will NOT hand over my title until your funds have cleared my account, approx. 7-8 Calender days. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title till your funds clear MY bank or approx 7-8 Calender days. If you want to leave with your title then bring cash or do a bank transfer which usually takes 2 - 3 hours. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item. Buy it now means you can buy the item for the price listed by clicking the buy it now. Buy it now or best offer means you can buy it immediately by clicking buy it now or you can make a reasonable offer that I will have up to 48 hours to accept or counter.
