Home built in 2011. Never really used. I bought an RV during the time I was building this and the RV suits our needs better than the teardrop for long duration trips. This is great for weekend trips and such. Only use was when my wife camped out in it for a night with a couple of our grandkids. They Loved It! It is constructed with 3/4" plywood walls and floor and 1/4" plywood top. It is skinned with FRP (Fiberglass reinforced Panel). The trim is aluminum and side trim is poplar wood with Marine varnish on it. The screws are galvanized and the trim washers are stainless steel and they are sealed with clear silicone. It sat outside all last summer thru some torrential rains and and I found no leaks. It is wired with 12 volt dc and interior has a two position (one light or two) fixture and there are also outdoor porch lights over the doors. The galley area in the rear has two 12 volt dc power plugs as well as an ac outlet should you want to hook up at a campsite. It has a deep cycle marine battery and I have also included two solar dc chargers and an ac battery charger. This battery holds a charge for a LONG time! Battery is stored in its own compartment in the galley area. The interior sleeping area measures 75" by 47" so if you are under 6ft. 3 you should be able to stretch out fine. The walls and floor are carpet covered and the ceiling is also FRP. It has a one speed crank open/close vent fan in the ceiling and is powered by 12 volt dc. There is a cabinet that has two storage compartments that have doors on them and an open center area so you can put a tv or laptop in there should you desire and be able to watch a movie or whatever. I planned to use my laptop there and play movies thru that. Also there is a shelf on the top of the cabinet. There is also another dc power plug in one of the storage areas and an access hole to run a wire thru. The interior also has curtain rods installed above the doors. A 4" memory foam mattress works great in this according to the wife and grandkids. Mattress DOES NOT come with this! I used that in my RV! The frame I used was a new bolt together frame that is rated for 1980 lbs. Plenty for a rig this size. The frame also has a 1000 lb torsion axle on each side for a total 2000 lb rating. Those were also new when I built this. Also new were the aluminum wheels and tires. Tires are Trail Express 205/175R14 trailer tires. There is virtually zero miles on them. Actually all parts of this unit were new when built and as I have stated this was really never used. This unit weighs in the neighborhood of 700 lbs so it would be easy towing even for a small car to tow. The diamond plating is not real metal. It is plastic diamond plate over plywood but could be used for patterns to have actual aluminum diamond plate made. All in all , not a bad little rig if you are looking for a tent on wheels! It is home made and maybe not as fancy as a "Store bought" one but then again, the price isn't anywhere near what the store bought ones cost. If you use the Buy It Now feature, I will include a nice new in the box Flushable Loo porta potty and two boxes of new liner bags. Also will throw in a new never used pop up privy tent that can be used to place the loo in or be used for a changing room or even a portable shower if you buy one of those solar shower bags to hang in it! The exterior paint is Glidden "Buttercup", so I named the camper Buttercup. The interior floor is vinyl with new carpet on top; cut to fit, yet removal able. Inside and outside lighting is AAA and 12V/Inverter powered or shore power. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player that is powered by 12V/Inverter or shore power. I installed a Fantastic fan that is wired to the battery. It is two-way and three speed. A lot of fan for a small camper. Propane for Coleman stove is provided by the small camp canisters. The hinges for the galley door are springs and out-of the-way. The hitch has been changed out to 2". The bed area is approx. 73" X 48". Large locally made camper, built of plywood, 14 Feet Long, 800 Lbs. Built on a Tractor Supply Company trailer frame. Floor is 3/4" EXT. Plywood the walls and roof are 1/4 Ext. Plywood. Interior has 1x3 frame work. Total width is 5ft 2 inches, length is 10ft 2inches with a extended 4ft tongue for easy backing. Ceiling height is 5ft 6inches and 5ft 4 inches at the bottom of the rafters. The bed folds down to a flat platform that measure 6ft long by 4ft 11 inches. It look like it could be extended another 5 inches long if you wanted. The owner informed me that at one time there was a small leak at roof edge. He sanded the roof, sealed edge with fiberglass then applied 3 coats of white Gaco roof coat. Owner said this resolved problem. There is a crank open roof vent and 4 sliding windows. Tires are 4.8 by 12 and are in good condition, camper has about 2500 miles on it. There is a new mounted spare tire with this trailer. Wiring is all soldered and in covered in loom. Wheel bearing greased within the last 400 miles. Bed has a futon mattress. Also a small used Haier refrigerator. Old Spoons are used hooks and holders in the camper. Camper is robin egg blue and white, color can easily be changed by the buyer. Camper weights 800lbs without extra equipment. The exterior paint is Glidden "Buttercup", so I named the camper Buttercup. The exterior surface is like a stucco finish. The previous owner painted the steel skin with a waterproof lining. So, it's waterproof. I also built a new galley hatch with a very sturdy hurricane hinge. The interior floor is vinyl with new carpet on top; cut to fit, yet removal able. I did this so that we could bring the dog , or not. Inside and outside lighting is AAA and 12V/Inverter powered or shore power. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player that is powered by 12V/Inverter or shore power. I installed a Fantastic fan that is wired to the battery. It is two-way and three speed. A lot of fan for a small camper because it can switch from flowing up or down at 3 speeds. Propane for Coleman stove is provided by the small camp canisters. The hitch has been changed out to 2" and I had the 7-way plug installed so that when you are driving and connected-the batter gets charged from the car. The bed area is approx. 73" X 48". There is a smoke and CO2 detector in the trailer located on the ceiling near the Fantastic fan. Trailer weight is 1,040 lbs. For sale here is an aqua 2010 Dutchman T@B travel trailer. Model number is TBTQT-F10. The camper weighs 1600 pounds without any gear. It has a jockey wheel and handles at the corners to make it extremely easy for one person to move it. This is a very unique, eye-catching camper. We always receive compliments on this camper every time we take it out. It is in wonderful condition. It has a very desirable, L-shaped counter-top interior with the front window. There is a fully functioning fridge and freezer, a recessed two burner stove that runs on gas, and a recessed sink that you can either hook into water at the campsite, or use the included 5 gallon water container. The air conditioning is amazing. It is a cool cat air-conditioner that has never disappointed with how cold it can keep you. The AC is available when you are plugged into a 30 amp campsite. There is also a 12 inch screen DVD player that folds down from the top shelf. The interior U-shaped couch has a table that when folded down creates a very nice queen-sized bed. The original interior is a very neat green and blue pattern. The interior cushions were covered by blue corduroy that is in beautiful condition. It is removable if you preferred the original interior (which is in perfect condition since it was always covered.) When purchased, we had the LP furnace removed (we knew it would never be used in Florida), and it freed up more storage space underneath. The LP furnace is included. All of its parts that are necessary are provided. If you desire to have that connected back up, you could take it to an RV dealer and have it reinstalled. Speaking of storage space, there is a lot. Up front, there are three small cupboards above the sink. Below the counter, there are five different cupboards of various sizes. There is storage under the seats, as well as three cabinets in the back over the bed. On the walls, I hung a tic-tac-toe shelf, a small shelf, and a round mirror. They are removable if you choose, but are included. The curtain rods are magnetically mounted, but the curtains are not included. When you're looking at the pictures, items like throw pillows, kitchen accessories (e.g. potholders and towels) are also not included. Any exterior camping accessories such as the lights, chairs, and table are also not included. The top roof vent was replaced in 2012. The original one deteriorated and blew off during travel. It did leave a scratch high on the top/back of the trailer. It is not very noticeable and not deep. The only other flaw on this camper is on the blind that covers the circle window on the door. The dealer re-glued the top carpeting on the ceiling of the trailer and left a small thumb sized glue mark on the blind. The battery was replaced in 2012. The gas tank was seldom used to cook, and has never been refilled. I'm not sure how much propane is left in the tank. My estimate on total mileage is about 2,000 miles.Exterior Length 15'6"Exterior Width 6'7"Exterior Height 7'9"Interior Length 10'3"Interior Height 5'9"Weight 1600 pounds In 2011, I purchased a cover for this travel trailer. It is not the exact fit but definitely did the trick. The only flaw on the cover is a tear near the zippers since the zipper for the door on the cover didn't align perfectly with the door of the trailer. It has always been kept covered. The cover itself is definitely dirty on the exterior. I have never tried to wash it since it is so large. The cover is included in the sale of the camper. In one of the pictures there is shown an event tent. This is a Coleman tent that cost $200. Using PVC tubing to raise the tent off the ground, it fit perfectly over the arc of the camper.
