Great family travel trailer. We bought it new in 2012. Has tons of room with a separate room for kids and a room for the parents. Kids room has three separate bunks with a cub couch below that can be used for two more sleeping beds. Kids room also has own swing out flat screen TV, room also has slide out for the wardrobe. Parents room has a large queen size bed that you can walk around---the bed flips up for storage underneath. Main bedroom also has the flat screen that is shared with living room that turns around. Main living area is huge with a monster slide out. The table is a large u shaped that also doubles as more sleeping area if needed. Nice size couch in the living room with queen size air matress. Kitchen area has plenty of space and is extremely nice with all the amenities that one would need. Bathroom was also a selling point for us because of the size and the separate entrance with door. The shower is larger than most--the toilet is a real toilet and there is plenty of room for parents to bath your child and walk around. The whole travel trailer is loaded with storage space. Also has outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill that attaches to the rear bumper---I took the grill off but it does come with the camper.We own no pets and don't smoke! This travel trailer is very clean, smells clean and you cannot find a stain inside at all. We are very meticulous people and have cared for this camper as it should have been. I keep it underneath a large lean-to off my shop. I have been up on the roof yearly as per manufacture guidelines. Roof I believe has a 10 yr warranty and the side walls also are covered under warranty. There are no water leaks from the roof or sidewalks in this camper at all. I will include with sale a 12,000lb hitch made by Equalizer which is a 4 way weight distribution and sway controller. This is one of the best on the market and really makes a difference when you are driving down the highway. You really don't even feel the camper back there and there isn't any swerving into another lane due to the control this hitch gives you. This hitch cost $640.00 installed, so this is a nice bonus that I am including.There are some "minor" scratches on the outside lower area of the trailer but I would really have to point them out to you as my wife states they are hardly noticeable. I would rate this trailer as excellent condition. We only really used it two years out of the four that we owned it. You really need to look at it in person to appreciate it!!!!NADA Average value is $19,550. I was going to have the largest camping store in Chattanooga sell it on consignment and the salesman there said he valued it at $19,990 but was going to put a much higher sticker price on it. They wanted $6000 off the sales price to sell it...and the man was bragging to me that he just made $15,000 off of someone else. No wonder why I am not letting them sell it. Make me a reasonable offer and it it's yours! "Sold as is."

Sadly we have decided to sell our Keystone Cougar 327res. We ordered it new in late 2012 and have used it 2 times (july and August) each year since 2013. This is our 5th and undoubtedly best unit we have ever owned. It's stored at a secure gated facility in Inver Grove Heights so if you would like to see it I can meet you there. The layout on this unit is really nice as you can see in the pictures. One thing I don't think gets mentioned in the features and specs in the remote control. It will run the awning, all 3 slideouts and the landing gear so you can operate all those from the outside of the camper. I also installed a remote controlled Fantastic Fan with rain sensor in the living area.It has triple slides. The two opposing slides in the living room area really open up the space to give you extra room for stretching out. The L-shaped kitchen gives you a lot counter space. The counter tops are solid surface. The bedroom slide allows more room up in the bedroom and also makes space for the large wardrobe.If you're interested, I am also selling my 2006 Silverado 2500HD (Duramax Diesel). Used 2012 Keystone Cougar 327RES with rear entertainment center and three slideouts.Starting in the back is a full rear wall entertainment center with a large HD TV, stereo with DVD player, fireplace and lots of storage. There are also good sized windows on the back wall to allow a view of nature while camping. Ahead of the entertainment center are opposing slideouts. In the door side slideout is a pair of reclining chairs and a dining table & chairs. The recline feature of the two chairs provides a nice relaxing place to sit after a day full of camping adventures. The table & chairs is a great dining center with the ability to adjust the chairs for playing games and visiting. Across the trailer is the off-door side slideout. This slideout has an L-shaped sofa that also converts to a bed for additional sleeping space. The sofa wraps around and provides a great view of the TV or the rear windows. In the slideout ahead of the sofa is the kitchen. The kitchen features an L-shaped island with lots of counter/prep space for cooking. The island has a double sink with a hi-rise faucet. In the slideout are the microwave, stove, oven and storage compartments. Just ahead of the slideout is the large double door refrigerator and pantry. Leaving the main cabin and heading up the mid-deck is a side aisle hallway with bathroom layout. The bathroom is all in one with a large new-angle shower, toilet, sink with medicine cabinet and a linen closet. The bathroom has two entrances; one from the hallway for guests and a private entrance to the bedroom. In the front of the camper is the master bedroom suite with a queen bed slideout and a full height closet across the front of the trailer. Large cabinets are in the corner and there is a window seat with storage beneath it at the foot of the bed. This layout will comfortably entertain up to 6 and sleep 4.On the outside, this camper has a fiberglass exterior laminated over an aluminum superstructure. There are exterior speakers under an electric power awning. There are stabilizer jacks on the back and power landing legs with JT Strong Arm stabilizers on the front. Aluminum wheels are a nice upgrade and will run more true than steel. On the back is a ladder for roof maintenance and a spare tire. On the roof, three vents are protected with Maxx Air Vent Covers.Other features include roof mounted air conditioning that is ducted through the ceiling. A propane furnace is also ducted throughout the camper for even heating. A water heater provides ample hot water to the camper. A TV antenna helps reception of distant TV stations. There is a stereo for entertaining. Stop out and take a look for yourself.
