No leaks, odors, delam or soft spots in floor. Decals are very nice, appears to have been kept inside or under cover. Just winterized. All led lighting on exterior. Very clean trailer that appears to have very little use. Rear garage area is screened in. Some skirting damage lower rear by the rear steps and the front steps are a little flimsy. No tvs or radio and the door from garage to main area is missing. Nada book value is $36,755, How much do you want to save?
