Jack knife bed in garage bottom bunk(makes into large booth), 3 recliners built-in the oversized sofa. Combo washer/dryer in master bedroom, glass bowl sink vanity in master bath, 1/2 bath in garage, party deck, with awning,  pull down screen. Garage has rubber floor diamond plate trim.The wood is cherry throughout. The furniture coverings are light and dark brown( no funky designs)! We purchased this unit to use temporarily for a couple extended trips last summer while we sold a home and purchased another.  It has 4 queen sized beds- 1 in master, 1 in a loft in living room, 2 qu. bunks in garage. The sofa could very easily sleep 2 people also. There are TV/cable hookups next to all sleeping areas. In the kitchen the sinks are deep, counter space for coffee pot, ect. Garage is 11'6" for your toys, gas fuel station for toys.
