All tires were replaced within the last year. The exterior was generally in good shape, with some signs of wear on the hatch clips and graphics; see photos. The interior space was gorgeous. The seat covers in the photos have been used to protect the UltraLeather driver and passenger seats. A knob was missing from the AC unit, and the refrigerator propane function has not been working. The chassis is a Dodge Sprinter 2500 powered by a Mercedes Turbo Diesel with very low actual miles 43k with automatic transmission, gets 22-24 mpg. The motor-home is fully self-contained. This rig is 22' long and has everything a trailer or fifth wheel would have including an on-board generator. Mileage is at 43k, generator hours are at 45. I have upgraded the TV from an analog square unit (would not pick up digital signals) to a 22" LED 1080p HDTV. Works flawlessly with the roof antenna. The back seat will hold 3 people with seat belts and then recline flat to give you a full king size bed. It gets terrific mileage (approximately 17-18 MPG), but is able to nimbly negotiate our mountainous terrain here in Colorado. Stored in a garage when not in use, cared for lovingly, and maintained by Mercedes dealer...3.0L V6 Blue Tec Mercedes diesel, back-up camera,2.5 onan generator with less than 5 hours on it, 24" flat screen and DVD player, cable TV hookup,rooftop AC, furnace....both passenger and driver's seats swivel,spare tire, duallys in the rear,Fantastic Fan, separate and large Norcold frig/freezer,combo, microwave/convection oven,...AWESOME closet and storage,stainless sinks, Kenwood radio/media receiver, Thetford china bowl toilet, and Corian counters. Sofa folds into a roomy and comfortable memory foam queen bed. Cabinetry is well crafted and put together very well. The perfect road trip vehicle. Unfortunately, for us, we have not been able to use it as much as we anticipated.
