beachlover2go Store Here for your consideration is a CLASS A MOTOR HOME DIESEL 1993 LOW MILES UNDER 69,000 - 34FT CLEAN INTERIOR RUNS GREAT... SLEEPS 5 People. The exterior will need some TLC i.e. some of the paint is worn on 1 side and stickers are not perfect...I do see some rust on the underside but in my opinion its nothing unusual for this age motor home. I thought about painting but thought it best to have new owner decide what they would want to do. Outside other then paint is good, no accidents except one scrape on back passenger side someone scraped it while pulling out of parking area. Just has a very small scratch and dent one of the reflectors broke off. Nothing serious to report on exterior other then basic where from road, i.e. small nicks throughout on paint. Interior has been redone on front console I rebuilt the dash and TV area. All cabinets are original and working order. I built a spice rack area and several different storage compartments all made with wood and newly stained. Kitchen Hallway Floor is new however carpet in bedroom is not, in fair condition not perfect. There are two brand new batteries in the back. The Brakes were redone prior to me purchasing and the tires all have good tread on them. I've owned this for approximately 3 years now and I traveled at least every 2 months and lived in the motor home so it was important that everything was working and still working. RV has working Fridge and Freezer along with Gas Stove and Working Mircrowave. The oven will need a new thermal coupler as it does not work. Kitchen has 2 sinks and the counter is made of marble composite but has a crack in it. Bath is in good condition however the Shower Base did have a crack but I sealed it been using it and no problems. Bedroom is Queen bed and all closets are in very good condition. RV does have a sofa that pulls out to a bed but its worn do to aging and if you like you can get a slip cover for it. Replaced Water heater and replace Water Pump (high quality) in Feb 2014 and also replace Alternator around March 2014. Replaced Black Line Unit this past year also as it had a slow leak but I believe the Gray Side is now leaking, but it doesn't leak all the time just ever now and then. Generator works great but honestly I don't know if there is a place that tells me the hours on this one. I purchased the motor home from a private owner and have been living and traveling with it since I owned it and it runs great and had no serious issues. This motor home was purchased as a fixer upper, and after doing some interior work I finally got it to done just in time for me to upgrade...lol...I added valances throughout and some other minor upgrades so it doesn't appear to be older looking. I really enjoyed this RV and hate to part with it but I decided to upgrade recently and because I do live in it I needed a bigger RV for travel and living space. This RV is not perfect and will still need some TLC over time but for a DIESEL and LOW MILAGE its a great price and would make for a great 1st RV for someone. I've enclosed pictures for your review but I'm limited to how many I can post so if you need more just ask and I can send you more pictures. Please feel free to ask any questions and I'll be more then happy to help. I encourage prospective buyers to ask questions as I'm trying to cover most common questions please don't be shy ask away. I owned this for approximately 3 years and traveled and lived in this so its been well maintained but its not perfect and there are some flaws as stated above but nothing in my opinion its a good old RV and has served me well. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY I listed this motor home again as I had to remove the listing prior to sell date because of medical issues, I had a heart problem and had to be admitted for surgery. I am all better and home again and ready to place motor back on the market. I am sorry this had to be done as I don't like doing that, but do to my circumstances it was best to take off. I mention this because people might think something else and I just want to let those who where interested prior and new persons wondering why its back on the market. No reasons other then a medical issue at the time. Have to relist item as first buyer has had there own medical issues and not able to complete transaction. I have a 1985 Pace Arrow by Fleetwood motor home. It has been well kept and barely used. The engine runs great with only a little over 35,000 mile on it. It was kept beside a house for several years so the paint is faded. It has two air con. units that work. I have started the generator and have checked the fridge and hot water heater. The Magic Chef gas stove and electric microwave works. Every thing inside is in great condition as it was in 1985 it is really clean. It has a working central vacuum unit. All doors and cabinets have latches. There is a pull down bed above the front seats. I crank it up and move it around periodically to keep engine and all in working order. I have had it a year and wanted to put it on the road or park it in a campground near the beach to have a place to go. As things have changed I need to do something with it now and sell it. I hate to because I could not buy another like this at this price. If it was parted out I have priced all parts individually and came up with around $11,000 just selling several parts and then the rest could be scrapped. I would love to see someone use it. It is so 1980's and pretty cool I don't have the time to part it out and do this but there is good money to made on this vehicle.
