Just in this Skyline Avalanche RV, the tires are fresh and mounted on chrome wheels. The outside awning has been replaced. The flaws that I see are as follows, the decals on the front cap are faded, and the decals on the sides are a little less faded. The spare tire cover has some cracks in the vinyl. The screen door is missing the screen on the lower portion, one mini blind is bent and one is missing. It does has two tvs, one in the living area and one with a dvd player in the bed room. The appliances are stainless steel and look like they have hardly been used. the carpet and interior is clean, the toilet is a full size residential style toilet. We dont have an RV or Boat service department to do a comprehensive pre delivery inspection. We have a local boat dealer that will perform a pre buy inspection, they charge $180 for this check out. We have a mobile RV service guy that will do a pre buy inspection for $200. What we do with boats is charge or replace the battery, hook up the water hose on the out drive and start the motor. We look it over and shoot 40-50 pictures and make a walk around video so you can see the good and the bad. The RV's we plug them in and check the a/c, refrigerator, water pump etc. we also take 40-50 pictures and shoot a video so that you can see the condition.
