We've only had for a few weeks. Death of husband is forcing sale. Beautiful fifth wheel and has everything you can imagine, even a five year extended warranty! It only has approximately 1200 miles on it. We made one trip to Oregon from California. If you qualify you may also assume loan. I'm selling for what is owed. We put down $15,000 so you'll be saving a lot and it's still new. We live in Santa Maria CA however the fifth wheel is in Sacramento area. A friend will be showing the RV for me. 2005 Auto Mate Automate , FOR SALE - 2005 Automate 5th Wheel 33 3-slides This 5th wheel Automate was a custom built huge amount of extras. Here are a few of the things I had written down that this 5th wheel has: 33 ft with 3 slides (generally three slides were only available in 35 ft +) Air ride suspension, electric front jacks and quick set jacks in back. Extra ceiling height in the kitchen, dining and living room. This allowed for more cabinets, storage and has a very open feel to the layout. Real Oak hardwood flooring and after the dining slide is out, the floor are level drop down. Onan 4000 watt generator around 325 hours; 4 full size batteries. Main awning is motorized; Air compression for suspension and air hose; Tires in excellent condition (and spare), with upgrade size, ply tires and rims. 16 wheels Oversize disk brakes Hitch receiver and wired for additional trailer to pull. More importantly, frame was built for the extra hitch and towing capacity. Outdoor BBQ grill with connect to LPG gas; AC unit and central heating. Water tank, gray and black water tanks with increased in size for larger capacity from factory. Direct TV Dish and equipment; New TV in both living and bedrooms; CD and Radio with speakers in ceiling and in bedrooms with controller; Wired for Solar panels; Shower tub combo; Lots of storage, cabinets and clothes closets in this unit. All service manuals from the factory, and any other items purchased have manuals. There is much more than I have listed.
