NICE and CLEAN 2002 Forest River Wildwood Sleeps 6, SUPERSLIDE!! The outside is in good shape. It has Super Slide Out, good paint, nice wheels and tires, leveling jacks, roof air, gas furnace, gas water heater, black water tanks, grey water tanks, fresh water tanks, awning, 30 amp power service, propane storage, and basement storage. The inside of the camper is also in good shape. In the rear of the camper is the picture window. The picture window has an entertainment center, TV hookups, built in radio, and extra storage. The living room has the slide out. The slide out has a couch that makes a bed, a dinette that makes a bed, upper cabinets, lights, and blinds. The kitchen is across the slide out. The kitchen has a double sink, Americana fridge/freezer, Magic Chef stove, Magic Chef microwave, and lots of cabinets. In the front of the camper is the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom has stool, shower, sink, and medicine cabinet. Outside the bathroom is a storage closet. The bedroom has a full size walk around bed, upper cabinets, reading lights, TV hookups and a TV shelf. Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: siding was bent, caulk on the bent, and normal wear. The flaws with the inside are: by the vents there are small tears on the floor, a small stain on the floor, and normal wear. Please view all pictures and ask and questions you might have. The trailer sleeps a total of 6 people. The bed sleeps 2 adults. The dinette sleeps 2 kids. The couch sleeps 2 kids. It does have a roof air and furnace that works. Gas water heater. The dry weight is 7460lbs. all of the campers here are checked out. We check out: water heaters, AC unit, furnaces, refrigerator and freezer, slide outs, water pumps, microwaves, brakes, and lights on every unit. Please keep in mind that this a USED trailer and is Not perfect. There will be normal ware on this unit. Terms of sale: A $1000 Non Refundable deposit is due after 48 hours after the auction is over and the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of the auction ending. When you BUY a camper from an auction it is a legal binding contract. Please don't be confused when you are bidding on this camper. You are not shopping, you are BUYING. All payments can be made by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. All checks or money orders need to be made out to 4ZS RVS. Payment can be sent by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. There is a 7% sales tax that I must collect if you are from the following states: Indiana, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Main, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you pay sales tax you will be given a ST-108 tax form. This form tells your state that you have already paid your tax so you will not pay tax again. There is a $100 title, tag, and documentation fee. If you are from Mexico I also have to collect sales tax. I know all Canadians with need documents faxed over to the border at which you will be crossing. That is no problem just call me and let me know the fax number to where you be crossing at and I will fax the papers over. There can be a $50 discount when you show up for the camper, ask when you get here. We do NOT accept paypal or credit cards for payment UNLESS you want to pay the additional 4%. Pick up: When picking up the camper I would like to have a 48 hour notice. When you pick up the camper I will have it backed up to the garage and plugged in so I can show you all the systems are working so you will feel confident about your purchase because I only want happy campers. If you would like to come after that time you are more than welcome BUT I can not promise that anyone will be there to show the camper to you and answer any questions that you may have. All the camper being sold are being sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied. YOU are buying the camper solely on YOUR judgment. I will do my best to describe the camper as I see it. Please keep in mind that this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. Not all camper will have manuals, keys, or remotes. These are repos and some people take those things out.
