Generally V2GRV sells motorized RVs not trailers. So, if I use the Coach , Motorhome , or RV please understand i am referring to this trailerGENERALLY, the trailer you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit.This 5th wheel is NOT a repo. V2GRV took this trailer in on trade for a diesel pusher RV The outside of the travel trailer is probably in above avg to nice condition when compared to other 4 yr old trailers. There is no known damage or similar.The inside of the trailer is probably in above avg to nice condition when compared to other 4 yr old travel trailersInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This trailer approx 34 foot According to NADA.Gross weight is approx 14500 lbs. This means most 3/4 to 1 ton full size trucks can tow this with ease. For your safety and the safety of others please review your owners manual for safe towing procedures. The person used a Dodge 2500 diesel to tow the trailer to V2GRV. The truck in the pictures is V2GRV's own 2500 dodge truck. Please note minimal squatting. The dodge truck is NOT included NADA values the Montana in the low 40s with no options added. If you are expecting a decent to nice 4 year old travel trailer that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 4 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the king bed. sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. April 2015, found invoice. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. The carpet under the dinette is slight different color, so its either faded, or the carpet has been changed. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 5 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, and are currently less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. The previous owner stated he just bought the tires in 2013. The Date Code indicated the tires were made LATE 2011. So under normal usage they should be good till 2019 The previous owner did have a "reese" style hitch installed on the rear bumper of the trailer. I asked him what he used it for, he said to tow his golf cart and trailer. This is a non factory add, with that said V2GRV cannot tell anyone its strength and abilities. I am simply relaying info to any potential buyer. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. Most of the time the auction gives items a 2 or 3. So it is unusual to see a 4, you never see a 5. Reason most auctions down grade thier numbers is to benefit the bank reps. Its easier for the bank rep to explain why the RV sold for less than what book says its worth Some people consider the diesel Super C classes as toterhomes. Reason being tight turning ablility, lots of towing capacity, and can sleep a lot of people. Please do not confuse the high quality of the Jayco Seneca with less expensive , more entry level Super C s like the Ultra, and the Endura. While there is nothing wrong with these RVs they are less expensive for a reason. Its like comparing a BMW and a Kia. Nothing wrong with a Kia, its just not a BMW Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Jayco Seneca, built on a GM C5500 chassis. Jayco makes other fine products such as the Granite RidgePlease dont get the high quality of the Jayco Seneca confused with less expensive more entry level Super C s like the Ultra , and the Endura. Nothing wrong with those RV, but they are less expensive for a reason. This RV is pretty easy to drive. There is 2 roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is General GM diesel. Duramax diesel. According to the online spec sheet is makes approx 660 ft lbs of torque and 360HP The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 6k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. approx 105 gen hours There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 89k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 9 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. dinette sleeps 2bunks sleep 2over the cab sleeps 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. Aluminum wheels too. We drove the RV 600 miles with the tires currently on it. The tires were made early 2007. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. Should the tires not be important to you, please subtract approx 2k dollars off the asking price The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. V2GRV generally sells motorhomes. So if the word motorhome is used, it refers to the 5th wheel travel trailerGENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the trailer is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old trailers. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old trailers. In the bunk area, you can tell kids spent time in there. Nothing really wrong just some bumps can be noted Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 38' foot According to NADA. This Trailer is a Cedar Creek Silver Creek 5th wheel travel trailer with 4 slides The trailer has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter Entry Steps Patio Awning Stove top 4 bunkssleeps 10 Microwave Oven TV This trailer was just towed approx 600 miles with no trouble. There is a roof AC units that works. Ducted air There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 26k. Please understand if you desire to do a trade, i generally recommend book vs book This means the trailer is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. rubber roof Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 10 There is room for two in the queen bed. bunks sleep 4booth sleeps 2 The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The tires are miss matched yrs and brands. With the buy it now price posted the trailer will include 4 brand new trailer tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order The central vac is present but no attachments are present, hose, attachments etc etc. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The RV has had previous paint work on it, prior to my purchase. Title is clear / salvage free. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 40 foot According to NADA.Nada values this RV at 146k with no options added. With thats said since i am asking approx 60% of book value, please understand i cannot allow book value for any trade in. This coach is Coachmen Forest River Sports Coach Elite 40QS RV built on a Frieghtliner chassis. This RV is comparable to many Fleetwood , Monaco , Allegro , and Newmar products The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Slide toppers Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity Aluminum wheelsair rideair brakes2 sofas Generator electric door entry awningelectric power cord reelelectric patio awning Electric Entry Steps Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TV s passs thru storageengine brake Backup Camera side view cameras This RV was just driven approx 75 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 over head AC units. Ducted air LP furnace heater The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air, it could use some service, typically a little freon goes along ways The Engine is Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor runs like it should The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2.other sofa 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminum wheels. The front tires have oversized Michelin tires that are in great shape, however they are bigger than they should be. The rear tires are the originals and should be replaced. The rear tires are over 7 yrs old and cracking. The buy it now price posted includes 6 brand new tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg.condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 42'6" foot According to NADA. This coach is a Monaco Holiday Rambler Navigator. The Navigator is the Flagship of the Holiday Rambler line. The only RV Monaco makes thats higher is the Signature, under the Monaco name. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 3 roof AC units that both work. ducted air heat pumps with back up lp furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. The Engine comp does cycle. Perhaps a good recharge can get it better The Engine is a ISM Cummins 500HP turbo charged diesel. The motor runs like it should The 6 speed allison automatic shifts up and down like it should A 10k watt diesel generator runs and makes power like it should There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 120k with that said, if you desire to do a trade, either we can do market value for market value or book for book. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 12 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. metal roof Over the past 12 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminum wheels. All 8 tires are Michelins. 7 of the 8 have a mid 2009 date code on them. The last 8th tire is on the tag, and is a different series of Michelin but same size as the other 7. Under normal usage a RV tire is good for 7 yrs. With that said the 2009 Michelins should be good thru 2016. Approx 2.5 yrs more of life left The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Currently there is no paint "checking". With that said, i have noted some touch up paint in some areas have taken place The nose has the 3m type clear plastic on it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
