This is a very built coach, with many great features. This Bounder has the Ford TRITON V10 Fuel Injected engine with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty F-530 chassis makes for an outstanding package!!!! This coach seems to have been well maintained, but it does have a few minor flaws, as to be expected for the age. WEIGHT(s): GVWR-20,500 GCWR-25,000 UVW-17,082 NCC-1,995 SAFTEY FEATURES: Detectors/Alarms-CO2 & LP Detectors/Alarm-Smoke Fire Ext-10 B.C. Ground Fault Interrupter Escape window Appliance Tie Downs SLEEPING FEATURES: Couch-46"X70" Bed,Queen-60"X80" Dinette-Booth AMP-30 As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2001 Fleetwood Bounder 36 with huge slide out room. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 75-85% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they are older. The unit was just driven approx 700 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good/average shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no large areas of de-lam, like you will typically find on most this age. The stripes are original and in good shape overall. Some slight fade and peeling, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Rare to find one with duel panel windows not to be moisture fogged. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major flaws. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is not a new coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good/average shape. Everything inside shows only normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The original carpet is in decent shape throughout. It has some sun fade in spots and a few stains, but nothing excessive. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Washer/Dryer combo. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in god shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has a late model Onan gold 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC has not been properly tested, but blows air. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. Pre-bid inspection is allowed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All questions should be directed to 864-202-3788 or 864-224-8777. We are loacted in Anderson, South Carolina approx 110 miles north/east of Atlanta. The closest airport is GSP International and we will supply pick up from this hub. Should you choose to fly into Atlanta, we have many of the major rental car companies in town. AMP-30 As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2002 Winnebago Adventurer 35 U with 2 huge slide out rooms. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in decent shape overall. 85-95% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they are older tires. The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good/average shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 13 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no major de-lam like most this age. it does have a few typical areas of gel-coat blistering/flaking however. The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking/peeling, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. A couple of the side windows have some mild fogging, but nothing to the point you cant see through them. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks average for a southern rig this age. It does have some fade on the bay doors and the large decals adjacent. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. Again, the coach is in average shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 13 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in great shape. It is VERY rare for me to use the word great on any of these repo units, however, this one is very nice for the age. Everything inside shows only minor wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in good shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 10 hours with no problems. The unit has under 200 hours. AC Units-This coach has 1 central/basement AC unit duct throughout the coach. It tested out fine. The dash/cab AC works as well. Roof-The coach has the fiberglass roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-Yes. 2. Jacks----@@@@ READ CAREFULLY@@@@@ The jack system works fine, however, the right front jack will need some service/repair. They all go down properly, but the mentioned jack will not retract fully. I'm not sure of the issue, but I had to release the pressure on this jack and manually push it back up. For some reason the cylinder is not releasing the pressure as it should. It seems to be holding the pressure, as I got a nice spray in the face when I opened the fluid drain plug. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-As far as I know the miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law, it will be marked exempt due to the age. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2005 Coachmen Mirada 30 QB. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. They do have some age on them, but no major dry rot or cracking evident. The unit was just driven approx 700 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a Honda van, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 11 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This is a full fiberglass unit, and none this age are exempt form some degree of De-lam. We have had numerous Mirada's over the years, and this one has very little relative to others. It has one area on the back, and several very minor places around the bay doors. Again, it has nothing severe like most you will find. The stripes are original and in good shape overall. The red decals on both sides have some cracking, but the others look good. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 11 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good shape. Everything inside shows only minor/normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in good shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 4000 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. It has a brand new carb. AC Units-This coach has 1 roof top air conditioning system that is duct throughout the coach. It works great. The dash/cab AC works great as well. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 70-80% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident. 19.5 Wheel Package. The unit was just driven approx 400 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a Honda van, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has NO major de-lam like many this age. The stripes are original and in poor shape overall. To be honest, they are in average shape for a southern coach this age with dark color decals. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major flaws. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Interior-The interior is overall in great shape. It is VERY rare for me to use the word great on any of these repo units, however, this one is very nice for the age. Everything inside shows only minor wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good shape throughout. It has some mild sun fade in spots, and a few dots of what looks like bleach splatter around the fridge. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this rig has an excellent floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 4 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower with tub. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5000 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. The unit has 217 hours. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC works great as well. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It has one small area where the rubber has bubbled up, but seems solid underneath. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. KNOWN PROBLEMS-None. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V-10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford E-450 chassis makes for a great package! Obviously, this rig has been used by a motorcycle shop/race team, and it is not in "as-new" condition. The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in fair/good shape overall. 50-70% on average of tread. 1 rear tire is brand new. No major dry rot or cracking evident, and most of the tires have a 2011 date code. The unit was just driven approx 500 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 15 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no huge bubbles of de-lam like most, but it may have a spot or two like any this age. As you can see in the pics, It has aftermarket decals all around. These "stickers" are easily removable. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. The front windshield has no major cracks etc. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 15 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in average shape for a toy hauler this age. Everything inside shows only normal wear. All seating surfaces are in decent shape, but they need a good cleaning. The chair by the entry door has some small flaws/rips. The interior roof surface is clean, with no major water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the front sleeper floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 4. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in decent shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5000 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 10 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 1 roof top air conditioning system. It works great. The dash/cab AC compressor clicks on, but the blower fan needs to be replaced. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-No Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-No. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2001 Georgie Boy Cruise Master 3515 DS with 2 huge slide out rooms. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V-10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in fair shape overall. Some mild weather cracking in spots. The unit was just driven approx 200 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not new and has some age on it. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no major body de-lam like many you will find this age.The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. It has one corner light that is missing the outer piece. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall on the main body. It has some bay door fade on several of the right side doors. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Interior-The interior is overall in good/average shape. Everything inside shows only normal wear. This coach does not look like it has been lived in. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The recliner has a small rip on the headrest. The carpet is in average shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has one area by the front TV where it looks like a heater was used and scorched the headliner. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the side isle rear queen floor plan. The inetrior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower with tub. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in good shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 2 hours with no problems. The unit has 251 hours. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC blows air but not cold. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. ####We Are Planning On Having The Roof Re-Sealed Prior To Auction Close, As Long As The Weather Permits##### Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. This coach is powered by a Chevy 8.1 V-8 with 5-speed Allison automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Workhorse chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Chevy 8.1 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 70-80% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident. The unit was just driven approx 500 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 9 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has the smooth sides, so you do not have the typical de-lam like you will find on the full fiberglass panel units. The stripes are original and in great shape overall. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. The right rear taillight has been cracked and pieced back together. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks great overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 9 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in EXCELLENT shape. It is VERY rare for me to use the word excellent on any of these repo units, however, this one is very nice for the age. Everything inside shows only minor wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in great shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, it has an awesome floor plan. The inetrior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 4 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 2 hours with no problems. The unit has 102 hours. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC works great as well. Roof-The coach has the original roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford 460 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in various shape. 90-95% on average of tread on 3 (looks like 3 were recently replaced. The remaining 3 have some weather cracking in spots). The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Keep in mind it is 14 years old however.
