Has a queen size bed and FOUR twin size beds. Table converts to bed and couch converts to automatic inflatable/deflatable air bed. Everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway is already done for you. There is a newly installed ...20'x10' deck, a storage shed and everything inside. The lot rent would have to be negotiated with Anchor Inn but I have paid an average of about $150 a month. Water is included. Electric is based on usage. It was custom constructed and used occasionally for football games and parades and always stored inside. It includes a full size heated hot tub with bubbler system, refrigerator (new), propane barbeque, either electric hook up or built-in 5000 watt propane generator power, microwave, electric sink (new motor) with water tank, ceramic tile in kitchen area, insulated beer keg compartment with built in tap and hookups, dusk to dawn Malibu lighting, sun deck, top pedestal entertainment center (or bar) featuring both 12V and 110 power, built in 2' X 4' propane tank (approx 50 gallons) with port hole site gauge for fuel level and extra propane hose and hookups for additional propane heaters or equipment, hidden built in beverage cooler at top of stairs, large storage compartments in back, 2 100+ foot extension cords for direct electric plug in, propane sensors, GFI electrical plugs, full fused 12V system, 20 amp power convertor, heavy duty car hauler trailer base with full tail and running lights. This trailer was custom built for an older gentleman who used it occasionally for football games and parades. I believe it was constructed in the mid 90's. It's recently been refinished, a new refrigerator and sink pump installed, new filter and o-rings, serviced and is ready to go.
