I have a 2003 Alfa toyhauler for sale, 39 feet long with two slide outs. It has great things about it and flaws. Great things include a washer/dryer, fairly new hot water heater, new awning, roof coated with the best stuff one year ago, no roof leaks. I had the brakes and bearings done in December 2022 and had it hauled here to Ramona from Gilroy, over 450 miles, with no problems. It is registered and has a clean pink slip. It comes with supports for the nose and large slide out room. I had stabilizer jacks installed all the way around. Flaws include minor cosmetic damage. I will point out the flaws to you as I know them. I lived in it for 10 years. I am including many items such as a gooseneck adapter, skirting all the way around (used and worn in some places but it helps keep it warmer in the winter), a 36 gallon near-new black water tote, 3 7 gallon propane tanks, an air conditioner that works, and more. I am also including a window air conditioner that I bought in 2022 that works with a 30 amp hookup as the air conditioner in the basement needs a 50 amp hookup. It has a gas tank to run a generator but someone removed the generator before I purchased it. It has 4 solar panels on the roof and comes with an inverter plus a spare inverter. I removed the bed and night stands and had a loft bed installed in the nose with shelves underneath. The platform to access the loft bed doubles as a chair so that I could sit under the loft and use the area underneath as an "office." It has a satellite dish that works. Everything works, the hot water heater and frig run on propane or electricity. I had the water pump installed a few months ago. I am including a brand new never used portable water softener for which I paid around $400.

JUST IN TIME FOR RIDING SEASON: Custom built for dunes with reverse axles the 39' 11" ToyHauler is set up with a large garage/second bedroom/family room, master bedroom, sofa coach, dining converts to bed. Oversized hot water and fresh water tanks. HVAC is under the trailer to allow for 9' ceiling with ceiling fans and lots of windows. Bathroom has large shower and porcelain toilet, Kitchen has 10 Cf. frig, filtered water system. For Sale: A 2004 Alfa Toy Hauler. It is a 40ft 5th wheel Toy Hauler with 2-slides and a 12ft garage. A Trail Air â€“ air ride tongue. Triple axel trailer with 6 new tires. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating=17,999 â€“ Unloaded Vehicle Weight=12,740 â€“ Cargo Carrying Capacity=4,283. I purchased the trailer in 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. I used this trailer for living in while working on the road. I have pulled the trailer from Vegas to Los Angeles area, CA and now to AZ. My family and I out grew the trailer and are no longer in need of it. The garage has adjustable tie down rails on both sides which I have recessed into the floor. Full size backdoor ramp for loading/unloading, accessibility hatches from the outside on both sides of the trailer to check your load or get at important items. I replaced the AC to DC converter for the electrical in 2011 and the batteries were replaced in 2014. The heating and air unit was refurbished in 2013. A new on demand water heater was installed in 2014. The refrigerator was just replaced January 2016. There is a built in Onan generator with electric start wired inside the trailer. A fuel tank that runs the generator and the exterior fueling station. Fresh water, grey and black water tanks. Since I have used the trailer only in full hook ups conditions I have never used the trailer in dry camping conditions, however everything did work when I purchased the trailer in 2008. All outlets, sinks, toilet, 3 burner stove/oven, microwave and shower work perfect. The trailer is sold as-is with no warranty or guarantees.
