I have a 37 foot Alpha 4-season 5th wheel for sale. Needs to go to some one who knows about repairing RVs. Details posted below: THE GOOD: -Clean Title -VERY roomy (does not come with furniture) -NEWER working fridge (ONLY electric, will not run on LP) -Hot water heater (10 gal) works fine, but DOES need repairing/replacing as it leaks a bit at the bottom (see pictures). -Floor vents provide great heat throughout the winter. -LARGE picture window provides fantastic view -TONS of stoarge -Shower works fine, although the roof above it needs repair from a leak -4 burner cook top/oven works fine -Overhead Microwave work great -Freshly charged marine battery -A/C works very well (cools fast) -Hookups for a stackabale washer/dryer combo -Power hitch jacks -Good tires -Support Arms for awning (fabric needs to be replaced) -Ceiling fan in living room -4 skylight vents (bathroom has working fan built in) - Clean interior -Privacy door between bedroom/bathroom and living room/kitchen area. -Bedroom Slide-out works fine! THE BAD: -Roof has history of leaks -Living room slide out was rebuilt this last fall -Living room slide out needs assistance in sliding in and out. It had been repaired, but WILL need further TLC (this is the biggest issue). The motor on the slide out is fine. -Shower ceiling has had leak -Carpets have staining -Obvious signs of use -Leaky water heater (leak has damaged wood underneath in storage area - see pics) Buyer responsible for transportation. 2004 Alfa SeeYa, Engine: Cat 330, Diesel fuel, 57,000 miles, Length: 40 ft., Exterior: White, This RV has an extremely clean interior white leather seats in very good condition. The carpets are clean as well as the rest of the RV. Interior has an entertainment package with newer TVs. The owners have all been very meticulous in maintenance and cleaning with many records for the new owner. The exterior is what youd expect for a 10 year old vehicle with no major blemishes and the paint still shines bright. The tires are newer with great tread and still have lots of life left in them. Engine is the 330 HP Caterpiller diesel which pulls strong and has plenty of power for the RV and a 6 speed Allison transmission which is a top of the line transmission. This thing is worry free. Alfa motorhomes have some of the best reviews of all of the RVs for their notorious reliability and comforts. If youre looking for a turn-key family oriented vehicle, this is it. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably is in avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old Alfa RVs. When compared to other 10 yr old RV of a different make, it is in below avg condition. This is due to the fact it has pin head "blisters" in different parts of the body The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVs. Alfa RVs offer many high end features, like heat pumps and and 7.5 ceiling height. However due to the cosmetic issues it keeps the cost low. Alfas are high end RVs that can be bought for an entry level price Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach is approx 40 foot According to NADA. If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Hybrid roof. Both rubber and fiberglass Over the past 10 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires were made early 2005. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is..
