2004 Alfa SeeYa, Engine: Cat 330, Diesel fuel, 57,000 miles, Length: 40 ft., Exterior: White, This RV has an extremely clean interior white leather seats in very good condition. The carpets are clean as well as the rest of the RV. Interior has an entertainment package with newer TVs. The owners have all been very meticulous in maintenance and cleaning with many records for the new owner. The exterior is what youd expect for a 10 year old vehicle with no major blemishes and the paint still shines bright. The tires are newer with great tread and still have lots of life left in them. Engine is the 330 HP Caterpiller diesel which pulls strong and has plenty of power for the RV and a 6 speed Allison transmission which is a top of the line transmission. This thing is worry free. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably is in avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old Alfa RVs. When compared to other 10 yr old RV of a different make, it is in below avg condition. This is due to the fact it has pin head "blisters" in different parts of the body The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVs. Alfa RVs offer many high end features, like heat pumps and and 7.5 ceiling height. However due to the cosmetic issues it keeps the cost low. Alfas are high end RVs that can be bought for an entry level price Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach is approx 40 foot According to NADA. If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Hybrid roof. Both rubber and fiberglass Over the past 10 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioners refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires were made early 2005. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. New Tires will cost approx $2200 which is included with the BUY IT NOW PRICE. any less price the tires are NOT included The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system.The RV does have the cosmetic issues. The fiberglass has little blisters in the exterior. Its not holes. This RV was purchased at a dealer only auction from a fellow RV dealer. The dealer was approx 200 miles from me. The RV was last registered in the state of Kentucky. This RV based on the paperwork is not a REPO GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 10 year old motorhome. This outside of the coach is probably in avg.condition when compared to other 10 yr old Alfa RVs. When compared to other 10 yr old RVs it is below avg due to the pin heads or blisters in the fiberglass. This is what put Alfa out of business. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is a dual stage basement AC unit that works. It also is complete with a heat pump and a lp furnace back up system The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a Cat C7 7.2 liter 330 hp motor The allison automatic shifts up and down like it should A generac generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owners There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 60k This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. rubber roof Over the past 10 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are in good shape with very minor side wall cracking. They are Bridgestone tires with a 2009 date code. Under normal usage they SHOULD be good thru 2016 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. As per car fax, this RV was branded True Miles unknown. This according to car fax was corrected on the title. Since the RV is 10 yrs old, it was sold to me "exempt" due to the age, and in turn V2GRV will sell the RV as exempt I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. This way I can show you the fridge and AC systems etc etc... are working like its stated with in the ad, this allows you to buy with confidence that you are purchasing exactly what was advertised. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg to below avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. When compared to other 7 yr old Alfa RVs it is avg to above avg. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 40 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Alfa See YA SOOOO LONG 2 slide Wall Slide RV, built on a Freightliner chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal. Slide topper awnings air ride air brakes engine brake Stove top Microwave Oven 4 door electric lp fridge TV s stackable washer dryer units Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is a dual stage basement AC / heatpump that works. Ducted air It also has a lp backup furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a Cat C7 7.2 liter 350HP Turbo charged diesel motor. The motor runs like it should The 6 speed Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Generac quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. just slightly over 700 hours There is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 110k. With that said since i am asking a fraction of the NADA book, please dont expect book value for any trade in offered. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The rear tires were replaced by V2GRV prior to making the 600 miles trip home so they are brand next to brand new. The front tires were on the Alfa upon purchase. They are nearly new. 2013 Date Code. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system.
