I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit.This RV is not a repo. I recently bought this RV from a customer. The customer bought this RV from me earlier this yr. Due to a huge life change event, they sold the RV back to V2GRV. The outside of the coach is in avg shape when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 42 foot according to NADA based on the model number.This coach is a Fleetwood American Eagle E RV. It is built on a Spartan Chassis. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. There are 3 overhead ACs that work. Each is also a heat pump. 2 LP furnaces as back up. One of the AC s looks brand new , 15k BTU for the bed room. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air while going down the road. Perhaps some freon will make a diff. The Engine is a Cummins ISM series M11 500HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. 10k watt. The customer told me they had the gen recently serviced. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order:enginetransmissionover head air conditionerrefrigeratorgenerator operate normally (if/when applicable)pressure test the fresh water system plumbing.Hotwater HeaterFurnace entry stepsSlide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. V2GRV had these tires installed back in March 2014. Approx 4k miles have been put on them. So they are nearly new The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. Let me start by saying that this coach is an excellent way to spend time with your family. My son (7 year old) and I have been to Florida 5 times and many Midwestern destinations through the last 4 years which I have owned the coach. I have done every bit of maintenance on the coach and I would not hesitate to get into the coach today and drive it anywhere! I can assure you that there is absolutely nothing that this coach needs. I was simply not willing to risk travelling with a young child with anything less than a completely sorted coach. This is that coach. When I got started, it was important for me to verify that all of the safety and mechanical features were functioning properly. The engine, transmission and hydraulic systems were serviced by authorized service centers as well as the generator. As a precaution, we replaced all of the belts and pulleys. We keep a spare set of all belts and pulleys on-board in case of the unlikely event of a failure while we would be travelling. All of the Batteries are replaced in 2014! I installed a secondary video camera at the hitch so I could see to backup to a trailer or a tow vehicle. This was very helpful on more than one occasion! No Expense has been spared! After our first trip, I decided that we would want to add HDTV to the front and rear of the Coach. so my son can watch cartoons in the bedroom as we go down the road while I listen to music on the front TV streaming through the Pioneer stereo. I bought 2 Winegard in motion full HDTV antennas and had them professionally installed and commissioned. These installed and set up were well over $8,000.00. Then, we replaced the old "tube" TVs with 32" LED Vizio Razors front and rear. I sent the coach to "From Trees to These" (Google them) to have the new built-ins match the existing woodwork. I placed the new front TV over the drivers head so the passengers could enjoy TV as we travel. The front and rear TVs also have PlayStation 3's attached for Blue-Ray viewing or playing video games. The front TV is wired into the AUX input of the Pioneer so you can listen to what is on TV as you go down the road. I typically put it on Sirius which is included in my Satellite package. No Expense was Spared! The coach has all new carpeting and new custom made valences in the rear bedroom. I could not deal with the outdated polished brass hardware any longer! (What were they thinking in the 90's?) I disassembled all of the hardware and had all of it powder coated in a hammered pewter. It made a WORLD of difference and massively improved the feel and look of the interior of the coach. The front of the coach was beginning to show signs of being on the road! (rock chips and normal wear) The entire front was repainted to original factory specification and clear-coated in 2012 and is still in excellent condition. The wipers were removed and powder coated as well. The Lexan "American Eagle" lighted grab handle was faded, so I replaced it with a brand new one from Fleetwood. No Expense was Spared! I am sure that I am leaving many of the upgrades out, but I think that from my description, you should understand my pride of ownership and the commitment that I have made to not only improving the coach but safeguarding myself and my son through all of the necessary maintenance upgrades and ongoing upkeep. The coach just returned from a wonderful trip to Disney and performed flawlessly. Before I parked it, I performed the latest service interval and have changed the oil and filters in both the coach and the generator. It is sitting in my indoor storage facility cleaned and fueled ready for its next owner. In an effort to sell the coach at a fair and realistic number, I have researched the price of these coaches extensively. I suggest you do the same. On RV Trader, current listed RVs are available where the high is $59,000 and the low is $39,000. On NADA the values are a bit higher. The Original New Price as listed was $257,180.00 Current Low Retail (with the factory options) is $54,310 and High Retail is $65,430. I think that you will agree that with all of the improvements that this coach is much closer to if not setting the upper range, however, I am listing the coach dead in the middle of the listed RVs at $ 49,000.00. Please feel free to send offers, although I can tell you that it is going to be close to this number to purchase this coach. I have ALLLLLLLOT more invested than that! The memories we have had travelling together are priceless. We are just hoping to move up to a bigger coach. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. The buy it now price posted includes the following: No additional paperwork process fees full tank of lp full tank of lp 4 brand new rear tires front tires are next to brand new GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is in above avg shape when compared to other 9yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 39 foot according to NADA based on the model number. This coach is a Fleetwood Discovery 39S, Fleetwood makes the Providence , Expedition , Bounder , Excursion , American Eagle , American Dream , and the American Tradition The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Hyd jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal Electric Door entry awning window awnings Stove top aluminum wheels Microwave Oven TV 2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cat C 7 330HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires front tires are less than 7 yrs old and do not need replacement at this time. The rear tires are the originals and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 brand new rear tires. For the buy it price now posted V2GRV will install 4 brand new rear tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. This outside of the coach is probably in above avg.condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 39 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Fleetwood Providence 39L RV. This is the top of the line under the Fleetwood name. This RV is similar to but higher than the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition , Excursion . The only thing higher than the Providence made by Fleetwood is the American Coach line, consisting of the American Tradition Eagle Heritage and the Revolution The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted Air Over head heatpumps with LP furnace backup heat The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air The Engine is a Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor made the trip just fine, no oil consumption was noted The Allison 6 speed automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 114k. When it comes to trade ins. I can sell my RV $30000 behind book because i bought it for less than book. With that said please understand i cant sell my RV 30k behind book and allow someone book on their RV This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 7 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 1 small child Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit.
