For our buy it now auctions we can arrange other terms. When we sell on a ebay no reserve auction, the price is usually really cheap, so we do not have the funds necessary to extend the red carpet treatment. Basically, you are purchasing for a really cheap price and with the savings, it is our belief that you can afford to refurbish what YOU think is necessary. NOW, for our buy it now auctions we will do our best to assist you with what we can. Now about this item... This coach is approx 40'. This coach is a American Tradition triple slide. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The 8.3 liter Cummins 350hp DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. The Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $79860, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please call us, if you need to know something, 866 381 4279. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 12 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, with newer date codes. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $79860 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item powered up for your complete inspection. I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything. I now feel that I have described this coach bad. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. GENERALLY, the item that you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RV's, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fleetwood American Coach Revolution RV built on a Spartan Chassis. American Coach makes other fine RVs , like the American Eagle , Tradition , Dream , and the Heritage. Fleetwood the parent company makes RVs like the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition, Providence and the Excursion The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter/ inverter rear Hitch 17k lbs capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Electric Entry Steps Patio Electric Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven Aluminum wheels 2 brand new tires already installed, buy it now price posted includes 4 rear tires Side mount radiator TV s Fiberglass roof Backup Camera This RV was just drove approx 750 miles with no trouble. There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Ducted airs Heatpumps as well There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is in above avg shape when compared to other 9yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 39 foot according to NADA based on the model number. This coach is a Fleetwood Discovery 39S, Fleetwood makes the Providence , Expedition , Bounder , Excursion , American Eagle , American Dream , and the American Tradition The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Hyd jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal Electric Door entry awning window awnings Stove top aluminum wheels Microwave Oven TV 2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cat C 7 330HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires front tires are less than 7 yrs old and do not need replacement at this time. The rear tires are the originals and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 brand new rear tires. For the buy it price now posted V2GRV will install 4 brand new rear tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 8 year old motorhome. This outside of the coach is probably in above avg.condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 39 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Fleetwood Providence 39L RV. This is the top of the line under the Fleetwood name. This RV is similar to but higher than the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition , Excursion . The only thing higher than the Providence made by Fleetwood is the American Coach line, consisting of the American Tradition Eagle Heritage and the Revolution The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted Air Over head heatpumps with LP furnace backup heat The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air The Engine is a Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor made the trip just fine, no oil consumption was noted The Allison 6 speed automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 114k. When it comes to trade ins. I can sell my RV $30000 behind book because i bought it for less than book. With that said please understand i cant sell my RV 30k behind book and allow someone book on their RV This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 7 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 1 small child Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, however they are less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. 4 tires are 2013 Firestone tires. 2 tires do have some small cracks and are 2008 tires. The price posted includes 2 new Firestone tires The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.
