http://www.ebay.com/itm/141625613054?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 This 5th wheel is 35 feet long and weighs approximately 8,500 pounds. It has been neatly kept and looks great inside and out. It is a must see if you want the best of the campers -- everything works! When last checked during late 2014 winterizing, no pipes leaked nor did the roof. The stove works perfectly, there's a large equipped microwave, wood flooring in the kitchen area and living room, conditioned wooden cabinets, AND there's a brand new fridge. AC works great, and so does the heater. Sturdy and durable. This critter LASTS. It has an aluminum frame, slick fiberglass sides, and rubber roof. There are two slide outs: one for the living room and the other for the bedroom, yielding plenty of extra room inside. It features a large bathroom with big shower and a door separating the commode; large vanity with large lighted mirror and queen-sized island bed. It has a full basement for extra storage with Greyhound bus style locking access doors. It is generator ready, DSB satellite dish ready and is equipped with a 19 ft. awning and sun screens. Always smoke free. All electricity works. We (young married couple) purchased the camper from my brother, who had owned it for about five years. We lived in it for a year in Arkansas, (great cheap rent idea!) then moved it to Dixon, Missouri to store it on our parents' property. It's remained there for a year since then. Shipping will be up to you- we suggest U-Ship. That's how we've moved it back and forth in the past. Usually costs about $500 from state to state. Here's video walkthroughs of the interior and exterior! Interior: https://youtu.be/xtDi3nvjF-8 Exterior, part 1: https://youtu.be/rj3LQ7ckN20 Exterior, part 2: https://youtu.be/dlbs3KZFyHM Two notations: in the video, two things were misspoken: there is no garbage disposal and the middle section door isn't off of its hinges, its track roller doesn't operate correctly. ;) Look these up online- Fleetwood Avion campers from this year usually go for around 13,000. We're moving to Washington and can't take it with us! We need it gone NOW! Our loss... Just hope it goes to a good home. :) If you have any questions, feel free to message me or call me and I'll be glad to answer them.
