2003 Sunline Solaris Lite T1950 (20') with many upgrades. Sold by owner (me). Upgrades were done to make this vehicle capable of dry camping (boondocking), ie self-sufficient. I am selling it because I don't use it. Please see this video for a brief overview: Items being sold together for this price: Trailer in perfect working condition with many upgrades, clear title. Weight Distributing Hitch and Anti-Sway unit (friction type) Macerating sewage pump (Flojet), custom wired to the trailer 12v system (dump at home), and heavy duty (black) garden hose. Vinyl Wheel Covers Lynx levelers (set) Miscellaneous accessories, hoses, 12v vacuum cleaner, silverware, etc. Upgrades and Additions Solar electric system : Solar Panels (100 watts) and 15A solar charge controller with shore power disconnects. Completely self-contained, I never have to plug it in (except winter storage, see power converter upgrade below). The charge controller can handle about 250 watts if you ever want to add more panels. Fresh water tank increased to 42 gallons (from 24). Water for 2-4 days (two people). Expansion tank, 2 gallon (smooths out water pressure and saves electricity, found in luxury RVs) Power Converter upgraded (PowerMax 3-stage 45 Amp), charges quickly and doesn't boil the battery. LED Interior lighting (Warm White color, 300mAh vs 1.4A) Rear View Camera with RCA jack on trailer connector, night vision, color. MAXXAir II Vent covers (two), you never have to close the vents. Off-Switch on radio (saves 300mAh), Off-switch on Fridge light. Digital AMP meter with blue backlight (monitors battery charge/discharge in real time) Wire shelving in coat closets (maximizes space utilization) Reverse driving lights (illuminate trailer wheels, wired to AUX pin on 7-way connector - helps with parking at night) Two new tires, all tires always covered. Older tires show no cracking. Electric Tongue Jack with light (saves a lot of cranking). Leveling gauges on outside (two axis) All new exterior signal lenses (about 11 of them) and tail lights, with additional vinyl caulk, new bulbs. Group 29 battery, maintenance free (100Ah or so) Brand new vent covers (Elixir 14"), changed in 2014. Normal (Stock) Features Stats: 3798lbs dry weight, 5000lbs GVWR, 380lbs tongue weight. (Modifications add less than 200lbs including water) Lots of windows Sleeps 4 (Full bed + sofa) Oak cabinets, lots of overhead space. Rear bathroom layout. Shower, toilet, kitchen sink (dual), wash sink (single). Outdoor Shower (in addition to the indoor shower) 6 Gallon water heater (2 way: propane/110v) Dometic refrigerator, freezer goes below 0F (2 way: propane/110v) Microwave (110v) Roof Air Conditioner/Fan (optional heat) (110v) Exhaust hood with fan/lights (12v) Three burner stove (propane, electric ignition), Oven (propane with pilot). Water tanks: 28G Gray, 28G black, 42G fresh (upgraded) Propane: dual 20lb tanks with auto switchover. Tanks in good shape, covered. Heat: forced air (12v + propane). Stereo: CD/AM/FM and line-in, 4 speakers with fade/balance. Built-in stabilizing jacks (fully functional) Electric Brakes (4 wheel), barely worn, can easily lock wheels. 12' Awning LPG/Smoke detectors Maintenance/Condition Always winterized water system with compressed air/antifreeze. Changed right side bearings just in case, old ones were like new, so I didn't bother changing the left side. Will include the remaining two. Yes, I did it just in case, and no, there was no problem. Yes, really! (people have been asking) Wheels parked on wood (not asphalt) or lifted trailer on jackstands. Tires always covered. Always leveled before using the fridge. Battery never discharged (solar) Covered the RV (tarp) for the winter (battery removed or plugged in) Touched up roof caulk with Dicor sealant. No leaks, ever. Rubber roof in good shape. Known problems Some black streaks on exterior, will probably wash off. Logos have peeled off, mostly. Spare tire cover is peeling. Awning is peeling also, at the top of the roll. No holes, works fine. Contacting me and logistics: I'll respond or call you back if you send me your number.
