1997 Beaver Patriot Thunder Yorktown NON SLIDE Same owner for the last 15 years, this coach has never let us down. Less than 10,000 miles on tires, very clean, less than 100,000 miles (the speedometer was replaced around 33,000 certified tag on wall), 7.5 KW Onan Quiet Diesel Generator, Basement freezer, Aqua Hot hydronic heating and hot water, Air over hydraulic disc brakes, (1) large power awning, all smaller awnings are manual, Heart Interface inverter, 100 gallon fresh water, 50 gallon grey, 50 gallon black, Power door locks for all basement doors, Cat C-12 (425 HP) with Allison All World 6 speed transmission, Heavy Duty Rockwell Rear end, 2 Stage Jake Brake, 2 A/C units, I have a motorcycle carrier set up for the back that can carry (I believe) a 700 pound bike and tow a 5,000 pound vehicle at the same time, if interested I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee to tow, neither item is included in the coach price. In 15 years the only thing that gave me trouble on a trip was the alternator went out, I was still able to get where we were going by running the generator and holding the jumper switch, so it comes with a rebuilt (by the acclaimed Lynnwood Auto Electric never, used) in the basement. There have never been any updates done to this coach, it is all original. Always parked under hard cover. 1996 Beaver Patriot Yorktown 40' Luxury Motor Coach The Beaver Motor Coach Company spent over 30 years building a Class A Coach with unmatched quality and luxury. Workmanship is impeccable and the attention to detail is remarkable. As you step into this coach, you will notice the superb taste Beaver is known for; the wood, fabrics, hand-rubbed cabinets, tile. Luxury aside, it is also a very sensible coach with plenty of storage, both inside and out. My parents purchased this coach in 2003 when they were 70 years old (this was their 4th motorhome) and this coach was six years old and had 34000 miles. [They had purchased it from a gentleman in Texarkana who was buying a bigger (42') coach. My dad did not want slides as it was just my mom and he traveling and he felt that slides were just something else that can break (his words). ] It has been stored the entire time in their enclosed motor home garage with slab floor and 220 wiring. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition to well above avg condition when compared to other 16 yr old RV.The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to well above avg condition when compared to other 16 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 40 foot According to NADA.This RV is a Monaco Beaver Patriot Yorktown 40' rv built on a magnum chassisThis RV was just driven approx 100 miles with no trouble.There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Hurricane diesel furanceThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 16 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roofOver the past 16 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks.This coach can sleep a total of 4The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are miss matched yrs and brands. With the buy it now price posted the trailer will include 6 brand new tires. Some of the tires are just a couple of yrs old some are 2005s and older. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.Couple of things to note:the bose system is present but unhooked. It was unhooked when i bought the RV, and therefore doesnt turn onThe headliner due to the age, is droopy in 2 areas.the rear bed is a sleep number mattress. It doesnt inflate with air as it should. The light will come on the controller but that is allas with many monacos the fuel gauge reads above fullAt Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system.
