We manufacturer goosenecks, pintle hitches, drop decks, hydraulic dovetails, tilt decks, container trailers, sliding axle trailers and anything we or you can dream up. The following features are standard on our heavy duty model in this auction. All steel and components are made in North America A50 Grade Ibeam 12" 19lb frame and neck 52,000psi shear strength rating Anti-sway torque tube Dexter 10K axles with electric brake Dexter adjustable suspension is also standard (alignable) All main frame crossmembers are the same material as the frame I.E. 12" frame gets 12" crossmembers Where the main frame crossmembers meet the main frame the joint is fully profiled. (this means that instead of burning out with a cutting torch at a 45 degree angle, the joint is fully contoured at the frame. Neck Gussets are Ibeam not the skimpy 3/16" plate gussets that others use. Laminated steel overlay plate at neck joint (a Brute exclusive) Dual Bulldog jacks are spring loaded and bolt on (not the cheap weld type on that you halfway destroy the neck removing them when they get bent) GNHD24 35’ gooseneck trailer with 24’ flat deck, elec/hydraulic lift tail deck 11’ long lowers to ground for easy loading, rises up to form level deck in transport mode. Tail frame is 8” Ibeam, Chisel point tail with folding combination light bar/bumper *25,000GVW when using 10k axles. Can be higher when using 12k axles or 15k axles. *All butt joints on frame are overlaminated with 1/4” plate welded in place (this doubles the strength of all butt joints) *Welds, magnafluxed for integrity, zero porosity (semi trailer mfg’s do this by DOT laws, we do it for the best trailer) *Frame cross members are 12” Ibeam, (not 3” pipe that our competitors use) * Torque tube for left to right stability. *Hinge for tail is from seamless Mandrel Drawn Schedule 110 90,000psi tube, has central lubrication system. Most others use either schedule 40 or 80 pipe. The difference is #80 pipe is $40/20’ piece versus $$310/20’ for our DOM. About 8-12 times stronger. *NEW 3” RECTANGULAR TUBING Deck cross members on 16” centers. Much stronger than 3” channel and used as a electrical raceway to keep wires out of the weather. *Side cap rails are heavy gauge 2” x 6” rectangular tubing or 5" channel. Our sealed wire harness is further protected from weather, mud, ice etc. *Knee bracing is standard. *Lower cylinder mounts are A720 ½” plate steel (not the ¼”-3/8” everyone else uses. *Electrical/ hydraulic cylinder lift with powerup, power down. 25’ electrical remote control, battery and box all enclosed in a locking steel toolbox on the left front side of trailer. *Dual cylinder 4”diameter welded cylinders (no tie rod are used at all) 3150 psi capacity. (Both cylinders combined provide 7,000-tail lift capacity. Tail hauling capacity is 12,000 lbs static loading *Hydraulic safety rear deck lock (for travel, so deck will not accidentally fall down if a hydraulic hose fails.) Our hydraulic lock is 100% fail safe (not like the mechanical locks). We have revised the deck lock to completely release any pressure on the lower cylinder clevis pins. This is a huge weak area and all of our competitors use the cylinder shaft for their deck lock. All of our competitors entire tail and any weight on the tail is supported by 2) 1” pins. Ours uses a ladder frame going directly from the main part of trailer to a super structure on the tail. Ours removes 100% of the weight from the cylinders and pins *Pump is a continuous flow (no cheap solenoid valves are used) with Parker Hannifin type SAE STANDARD hydraulic closed center valves with a DO3 central manifold. These valves are $300each, not the $6.00 cheap solenoids used by everyone else in the trailer industry. *In addition to a deep cycle marine battery, we also provide a #1 gauge heavy duty power point wire with 300 amp quick disconnect as well as the connection for you to install the included #1 wire for your truck. Goes from your battery to a point in the bed or bumper. This gives you a continuous duty service, battery will never run down. *Treated #2 select southern yellow pine deck on flat *Steps and grab bars (NEW OPTION INCLUDED) * Deck are screwed at every 3rd crossmember, (other trailer companies go every 6th crossmember) 2 per board at that point, splices have double channel underneath for proper support at the joint. *Deck screws are 5/16” cadmium plated, not the typical ¼” black coated *Deck height with 10K axles is 37.5” *2” x 3/8” rub rail with stake pockets on 24” centers. *Dual single speed Bulldog brand12K Jacks bolt on, not weld on. *Bulldog adjustable gooseneck coupler rated at 25,000lbs (gives trailer a 25k GVW) *Dexter tandem dual oil bath axles 10K each with electric brakes on all axles, axles are 42.25” center to center. We also provide standard self-adjusting brakes; other trailer builders don’t order this feature. *Dexter heavy duty adjustable suspension (alignable if ever needed, e.g., you hit a curb and bend a hanger). *Heavier 12 gauge wire for brakes versus 16 gauge on all other competitors. (Dexter requirement) Trailer will stop in 45% less distance than trailers using16 gauge brake wire. *100% sealed wire harness with o-ring seals. 100% water proof *Dual Budd style wheels 235x80x16” radial 10 ply tires *Electronic breakaway control *Sealed beam tail and clearance lights mounted in rubber grommets. *Primed and Painted with Sherwin Williams Urethane based automotive finishes (Urethane has 4 times the life of the gloss and is much harder). Primer is Phosphate based red oxide to eliminate rust. Our Urethane paint is a $75/gallon, all others in Texas Oklahoma use a $17/gallon alkyd/acrylic blend. **1 Coat of primer and 2 coats of paint, complete underneath of trailer is painted.
