We could not get up to see top, but you can see a little water across the front edge inside the cupboards where the ceiling paneling is de-laminating a bit. Most campers we see this time of year, owned go to open them for the season and they find some water has came in somewhere. Insurance rarely fixes, just pays them off. You can see this is nice and clean otherwise. This is sold with BILL OF SALE ONLY. Some states will all ow you to do a salvage inspection to get a self assembled title, other will let you register with bill of sale we provide, and other with just a weight slip. Check with your state for details. You will pick up in Georgia where you see camper. Additional Fees: Free storage for 7 days, but $25/day if not moved by then.
