Has screened in porch with screen under floor for extra protection against mosquito's and insects.Also has a built on room with window A/C (we use as a bedroom). Nice paver patio out front. Small storage building on the side. Comes furnished and with a gas grill. Perfect place for children. Our grandchildren love it. In nice condition. Queen bed in master sleeps 2Sofa lays down and sleeps 2 but 1 adult comfortablyOne set of Bunks (2 beds)and the built on room will determine how many it sleeps by what bed you use. We have a roll away bed but you could put in bunks or a queen. For sale my all original vintage 1977 Apache Ranger pop up . It is a solid state or hard sided , with all solid fiberglass walls , so you don't have to worry about leaks or tent wear like other Pop up trailers. All windows are tinted and have screens in good condition . This was a one family owner camper , always serviced locally before and after each trip . I got it a few months ago from the original family a block away from my home . Camper comes with an outside full length original awning/canopy with screen room , spare tire , 4 leveling jacks , 10 gallon water tank and a porta potty .Camper has a stove , sink and refrigerator . Plenty of storage space under the seats and it has side storage for tools and other camper items .The shell measures 11' plus add 3' for the hitch tong . Very light and easy to pull with any vehicle like small SUV's or minivans .Floor was covered with protective carpet and it looks new ,like nobody walked on it .Cushions are in good shape with some rips but in a very good condition to sleep . Camper frame has no rust and the wood floor is in excellent condition . All lights work and side letters are all new as well as the markers and tail light lenses .Paint is shinny and fiberglass was waxed on a regular basis .Tires are all good . Wheel bearings were repacked and brakes were serviced 2 month ago by my mechanic .Just used it last week end in Vermont and awesome camper to enjoy and pull with any car . Propane tanks ( not included ) sit on the tong platform .Last 2 pictures are for reference only to show how you can install a small A/C unit to the camper .Ready to go camping . Camper is titled in my name , registered and NYS safety inspected for 2015 . Title will arrive on 8/6/15 from NYS DMV . For sale, 1989 steel horse trailer with stock sides. 4 horse slant. Drop down ramp, trailer is in good usable shape. 4 good tires, usable spare not a lot of tread on it, but solid Newer wood floor in great shape, Frame is solid, Heavy duty axles. Some rust, but nothing structural. Removable dividers. Has older airconditioner in dressing room. Trailer is 24 feet total length on the floor. 4 tier swing out saddle rack in dressing room. Camper door with bug screen. Hooks and such in dressing room. Rubber mats in horse area. 6 feet wide and 7 foot tall. We used it for hauling one horse and carriage. Very strong trailer. Pulls great.
