GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 4 yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 4 yr old RVs. Please keep in mind it does have 70k miles Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 22'6" foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fourwinds Chateau 21C C Class. Fourwinds makes many fine RVs like the Hurricane , Siesta , Windsport The coach has the following options/features: Converter rear Hitch 3500 capacity Patio Awningonan quiet gen Stove top Microwave Oven TV There is a roof AC unit that work. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Dash AC works Nada price is nearly 47k. this includes a 5k deduct for the miles. Please keep in mind the price posted does reflect the overall condition and the miles This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 4 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 4 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep over the cab dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. The rear tires need replacement. The Front tires are a 2013 date code. RV tire life is 7 yrs, so under NORMAL usage they should be good thru 2020. Most of the rear tires have plenty of tread, however they are over 7 yrs old and need replacement. ( one of the rear ones, looks like a USED tires, which is likely since the tires are living on barrowed time.)
