Previously owned by my parents who had bought this camper new. I have been the primary driver 98%. This camper was only used for day trips to the VA hospital and two nights overnight. No food was prepared. Only heated coffee in microwave made from home. The stove, coffee pot, awning and shower have never been used. Tires are in new condition. There was a leak below the frig but it has been repaired and there are no leaks. I am also fortunate to still have all the manuals and maintenance records. Otherwise in pristine condition.

Experienced RV’ers will recognize this rare side-entry Chinook as a steal at $19,800. The 460 cu. in. engine has been pre-emptively maintained by this original owner and will pace traffic on any road. Even with the engine block heater for cold mornings, it has always been stored in a climate controlled garage. My baby features custom upgrades such as three deep cycle coach batteries, a 60-watt solar panel, and a 4 kw Onan generator for worry-free dry camping. Not only do all systems function perfectly, but a brand-new set of 10-ply tires and a warrenteed rebuilt transmission were just installed in Sept. 2016. The new 4.5 cu. ft. Norcold fridge is only one year old with custom enlarged ventilation grill and two cooling circulating rear fans switched inside the coach. For comfort, two FanTastic vents change the air quickly. The vent in the living area is covered for fresh air even in the rain. Full time rear bed and a lounge sofa that converts to a small bed, Flex Steel seats ( driver side is 8-way power ). For convenience, see photo of the custom fabricated rear storage box with 3-point support and raised for those steep driveways. I installed an upgraded sound system with a dedicated amplifier for TV audio sent to the sofa and bed speakers. Fluorescent lighting throughout. Two propane safety sensors, one with automatic cutoff system was added for reassurance. Dual wheels and authentic Alcoa aluminum rims punctuate the appearance of this immaculate Chinook ( see photos), recognized as a very high quality class B+ “Sports Car of Motor Homes”. THIS PARTICULAR CHINOOK IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION!!!! WE HAVE INSPECTED EVERYTHING ON IT THAT WE CAN AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. WE JUST SERVICED IT. THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS NOT A SMOKER AND HAD NO PETS. THE PAINT SHINES LIKE IT DID THE DAY IT WAS NEW, IT HAD TO HAVE BEEN GARAGE KEPT!!! THE ONAN 4000 GENERATOR RUNS PERFECT AND WAS JUST SERVICED. WE ALSO JUST PUT 6 BRAND NEW TIRES ON IT. THE HUGE SOFA FOLDS FLAT TO MAKE A BED AND IT JOINS THE DINETTE TO MAKE ONE BIG BED OR TWO TWIN BEDS.
