If you see this ad it's still for sale.... Life circumstances forces the sale of my wonderful 2002 Chinook Concourse. I chose this model because it's 21' and will fit in normal parking spaces. It drives like a dream, looks like an angel, and needs a good home. It's got an engine big enough to go up mountains without a hiccup and tow a trailer, too. The generator only has 108 hours on it, and the engine only has 45,108 miles on it. Beautiful cherry wood cabinets, Corian countertops with double sink, gas stove with 3 burners, microwave oven, large 2-door 3-way fridge and freezer, indirect (mood) lighting, heat pump, furnace, LED TV with DVD, safe, central vacuum, heated water and sewer tanks, AM/FM/CD sound system, closet for hanging clothes, trailer hitch, outdoor shower, electric step, awning, and a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. The dinette and sofa make down into 2 separate beds or one giant king-sized bed. Immaculately maintained and it's never been smoked in. All systems work like a charm. She does have a small ding in the front fender from a 5 mph boo boo. (See last pic) If you're searching for a top of the line smaller coach, you found it here. If you don't want to spend $150,000 or more for a new coach, this one with only 45,xxx miles will only set you back $37K. It originally sold for nearly $100K, and I have all the paperwork on the systems and equipment. Call me... three zero three, nine zero two, nine four seven two.
