This Axis 30.3 is in very nice condition. The helm seats, dinette, and sofa were recently recovered with premium upholstery ($5300) and look great! The interior and exterior are clean with no leaks. Such low mileage and with an Allison Transmission, the owner claims that 11 miles per gallon is a reasonable number to expect. This A.C.E., for its age, cranks right up along with its generator. All components work as they should. The awning has some pinholes but functions well. The awning over the slide-out is not present. The weather stripping on the windshield does not leak but will need to be fixed. The automatic steps stick but still work. The driver's seat has some rashing on it along with the dinette.
