2001 Airstream Land Yacht XL395 for Sale in Burbank, California 91505
This is a Nice Class A diesel pusher motorhome, w/ full body paint, on a Freightliner Custom Chassis w/ air brakes & suspension. Front axel independent suspension, which gives it a 56 degree angle cut (much tighter than the vast majority of coaches from this era). This barely broken in CAT 330HP/3126B Turbo diesel engine has only 110,000 miles on it, a rollout Onan 8 KW diesel generator w/ only 262 hrs.; 6 speed Allison MD 3060 tranny w/ retarder brake; 2 slides: 1 on curb side at rear bedroom and the other on the road side of living room & kitchen areas. 2,000 watt inverter/converter w/ control panel and 2-way propane/electric Dometic ref w/ freezer & ice maker above, plus wood insert panels matching coach cabinetry, both NEW in 2013.
Beautiful SOLID Hickory cabinetry and Corian counter tops thru out coach; 2-13,500BTU roof mounted and ducted AC units and 2 forced air furnaces w/ separate front (34,000 BTU) ducted unit and rear (16,000BTU) unit, all controlled from a centrally located 2 zone (front & rear) thermostat panel. Thermal pane windows. Awnings at ea. road side window, entry door awning & electric curb side large awning. Original owner, smoke free and no pets. All original owners manuals for coach and chassis.
Large bathroom w/ glass enclosed tub/shower combo w/ opaque skylight above, separate commode rm, full wall height shelved, storage area that is plumbed for wash/dryer combo and skylight w/ closable shade.

There is minor paint damage to the bottom of the front-end cap & very minor scrapes on the 3 following basement door latches on the curb side of the coach. There is also minor fiberglass and very minor paint damage to the bottom edge of the drivers’ side front compartment. The metal of the aforementioned compartment has been repaired and is watertight. There is some minor water staining in a couple of the upper fabric areas near the top of the coach.
Selling to move on to a newer coach. Price may be slightly negotiable.
