There is a built in 3 compartment soap dispenser for your shampoo and soaps. The shower has a water saving shut off device located on the shower head. Sink and vanity have lots of storage space for your bath room needs. Toilet with multistage flushing to save water and a hose unit for easy cleaning. Lights are well placed offering plenty of light when on battery power or with full hookups Cabinets made of oak and offer a lot of room to store your items Overhead fan with skylight. Control Switches located in bathroom allow you to operate the fan light and water pump Master Bed Room Amenities Include: Queen Size Bed with a THERMOPEDIC top. The bed lifts up and has a large storage area under the bed for your bedding and other items. TV RCA this cable ready 14 inch flat screen TV is connected to a separate, DVD player, and connected to the master TV antenna. Sconce Lights stylish and are well placed over the bed offering great reading light. Cabinets made of oak and offer a lot of room to store your items. There is a master closet that is lined in cedar and has built in drawers. On both sides of the bed are built in closets and built in drawers. Under the TV is a serried of cabinets that store all your linen. 3 windows are well appointed with blinds and window trimming... AC this is a separate powerful AC unit managed by a Duo Thrum climate control. That only cools the master bed room area so you can operate it by itself if you are only in the bed room. Driver Amenities Include: Engine breaks and transmission all work as they should. Engine starts right up, runs strong, smooth and is quite. · Backup Camera with sound that adjust with 2 different angles and can be set for day or night operation the microphone will pick up the sounds and or commands being delivered from your driving partner as you back up the RV · Power Mirrors there are 3 sets of mirrors for each side of the RV allowing you to see very well down both sides of the RV. The Mirrors are power adjusted from your fingertips and have a built in defogging devise that you switch on in adverse driving conditions. · Fog Lights and driver lights are very helpful in dark driving conditions giving you full view in the dark. · AC and Heater. This is a separate system that operates of the engine and works very well especially when the AC system is recharged. · AM / FM / CD / MP3 Stereo with remote control and 4 great speakers. This system allows you to play music from your I-Phone or other smart phones. This system is separate from the home stereo and will give you full sound and allow your Passengers to adjust the sound and music from the convenient remote control device so you can focus on driving. · Map Drawer is placed on the passenger side of the RV and is great for placing a laptop on. · Power both 110 V power and 12 V power is located by the passenger seat allowing for full access to power while you are driving across the country. I have a small inverter that I will include with the RV. This allows you to run a laptop without having to fire up the generator. · Cruise Control But I have not been able to get it to operate consistently and therefore I don’t use it, · Full Windshield offers a great view. You will love the fish bowl window this will give you a full view of the country as you cruse through. · Sun Visors these are designed from air craft technology and have full function to spin stretch and bend in almost any angle needed to block the setting sun and allow for maximum driving vision. · Fans, there are 2 auxiliary fans suspended from the front counsel that have a separate or a master operating switch and variable speed control. One for the living area and one for the master bedroom. · Furnace this is a high efficient furnace that heats up the entire RV quickly to the desired setting and keeps it there. · Safety, there is a fire extinguisher, a propane gas detector, 2 - carbon monoxide detectors and 2 - smoke alarms on board. · Lower Storage There is a huge amount of storage are under the RV with separate access doors that lock. This storage area can accommodate a lot of if not all of your toys and camping supplies. There are cargo lights that are installed in the storage areas allowing for easy view of your items during the night. · Master Control Center there includes a system that shows you the volume of fresh water you have on board, how full your 2 - gray water tanks are, how full your 1 - black water tank is, the amount of propane you have and the charge on your battery system. · Control Panel by entry door. With a flip of a switch you can disconnect your batteries allowing for storage of the RV without draining your battery system, · Computer controls built into the RV will automatically switch you from operating on off of the battery system to operating on 110 V power, be it from the on board Generator or from land power. Listed by owner. This is an As IS Sale. There is no warrantee nore guarantee with this RV. Known blemishes include: Normal wear but minor in my opinion. One flipper storage door was replaced before my time and if all the flipper doors are not kept waxed the replacement door will stand out with a glossier look. Cruise control works intermittently if at all. Carpet has minor dirt marks that may come out with a good carpet cleaning. Cabinet finish above the coffee maker needs a new clear coat. Driver seat adjustment latch needs replacing or repair. 2 small rock chips in the main windshield. Front door bottom lock will not lock with key but it does close and latch properly. I use the upper dead bolt to lock the door so I have just never bothered with fixing the bottom locking mechanism. There is a scratch on the passenger side of the RV not very noticeable but I want to mention it. I think it was most likely from rubbing along a tree branch as it was parked into a campground but that is my guess how it got there.
