The RV has been used for travel recreation only and is non-smoking/no pets. It made 3 trips to South Texas for us to be Winter Texans. All my RV stuff goes with RV!! (Interior carpet rugs and runners, Custom Outdoor Patio Mat, Entry door rubber mat, RV extra oil and fuel filters and RV spare parts, RV Tool boxes and tools, lawn chairs, tire wheel covers, extra water hoses, auxiliary 36 ft., 50 Amp, auxiliary power cable, are ALL INCLUDED!! Weights: Gross Weight GVWR is 33,000 lbs. Tow hitch rating is 10,000 lbs. Cargo Carrying Capacity is 3,321 lbs. This is huge!! You will never ever overload this RV. Chassis: Holiday Rambler’s exclusive Raised Rail (RR8R) Roadmaster smooth ride chassis. Believe me, you can drive this RV down the road with ‘one finger”. Large “Full See-Through” Storage Compartments. Coach overall Length is 40’10”, Height 12’6”, Wheel base 261 inches Electrical: Onan 8,000 watt Auxiliary diesel generator with only 113 hours. Magnum 2,000 watt inverter. Heating/Cooling: Two Dometic Duo-Therm Heat Pumps (central ducted) and Two Atwood Hydro Flame furnaces. Having the option to use either Heat Pumps or LP furnaces is really nice. Capacities: Diesel Fuel 100 gallons, Fresh Water 100 gallons, LP 40 gallons, Hot Water Tank 10 gallons. Factory Options: Auto leveling hydraulic jacks, 3 camera rear vision system with Audio and adjustable Center camera, Central vacuum (Eureka), Bedroom ceiling fan, Fantastic 12v fans with adjustable temperature sensor, Wet Bay tank monitoring gauges, Slide-out battery tray, Lots of inside storage cabinets and drawers, Dinette seating for 4 people plus many other standard options like day/night shades, dual pane glass and etc. Complete RV motorhome owner operator manuals and all RV maintenance/service records go with the RV. All motorhome coach and chassis (truck) batteries replaced in January 2014. Goodyear G670 275/70R22.5 tires are ORIGINAL. Only chassis/engine maintenance was an oil change by Speedco of Oklahoma City, OK. (Changed oil filter and replaced both fuel filters). The RV has provisions for a washer/dryer but these are not installed. The RV has a CoachLift handicapped lift installed inside of the front door. We chose to not remove it because it really does not interfere, but can be easily removed (maybe 8 bolts). My wife’s comments on the RV interior arrangement. RV interior: Very Good condition Front area: Upholstery is clean, window treatments and blinds are all clean, intact and in working condition including privacy curtains on windshield (included are separate foil sun-shield protectors), kitchen has granite counter with stainless double sink, covered cooktop with (3) gas burners, microwave/convection oven (works very well after you read the manual!), all cabinets are clean (inside and out) with like-new finish, dining table pulls out to accommodate 4 chairs. Note, two matching fold-up chairs are stored in closet. Spacious Dometic refrigerator/freezer is new as of March 2012 with ice and water in door. Bedroom area: Queen Bed has added memory foam topper, considerable storage over and at side of bed, three large drawers on opposite wall with three shelf cupboard below TV and egress window. Bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large storage compartment under the bed. Half Bath: This half bath between kitchen and bedroom has spacious medicine cabinet and storage under sink and above window (We’d didn’t plan on this, but found it quite convenient). Bath and closet area: Master bath is at rear of RV has large medicine cabinet, storage cabinets behind door and underneath lavatory. Storage area designated for washer/dryer provides three large shelves. Shower has Garden Style tub with overhead skylight. Closet is approximately 5 feet wide with sliding mirrored doors. Floors: Floors have both carpet and tile. We used area rugs (included) over carpet. All windows have mini-blinds for complete privacy I wish I could attach a video showing the RV inside floorplan configuration.
