Most of the RV community has seen the Truck campers built by Host, but few have seen the Class C RVs that they build. In all, about 250 of these units have been produced throughout the years and they are still offered today, however the $250,000 price tag will discourage most buyers. Ok, so what makes these rigs so unique??? This is one of the few RVs built on a Crew Cab 4x4 Chassis. The only other RV I have seen in person or owned that was a 4x4 crew cab was Earthroamer. While the Earthroamers are super cool and have a ton of one off options, there is a hefty price tag along with a very small interior. And this is the ONLY 4x4 Rv offered with Slide-Outs......and this has 4 of them!!! Ok, so who goes RVing and needs 4x4. For those that are North of the Border, RVing year round is not a possibility because of the lack of 4 wheel drive and insufficient insulation. This Host Class C Camper is a 4 season unit with small heaters in each basement storage compartment and several interior heaters and toe-kick heaters. How great would it be to go skiing and drive this RV right up to the slopes and be able to spend all weekend? Or drag the sleds up and enjoy fresh powder in a remote area! Sometimes 4x4 will help you get out of the drive in Michigan to head to Florida. All windows are double paned insulated glass and all walls are thick with tons of R-value, so the coldest of cold or the hottest of hot won't bother you while camping. Next, lets talk about the floor plan. Anyone that has ever slept on a pull out couch does not like the idea of RVing if you are not sleeping in the master suite. This is one of the ONLY RVs I have ever been around that has 2 queen beds, not made up couches or dinettes, and not an air mattress on the floor. Over the cab of the truck is a full size queen bed that you can lift up to make it easier to enter the cab itself. Gone are the days of having to reassemble your RV to accommodate another couple. The dinette will convert into a bed should you need more sleeping area and there is a ton of storage under the cushions. It is equipped with a well appointed galley that has separate fridge/freezer and large capacity convection oven. Going further back is an enclosed head across from the large neo-angle shower. The passenger rear slide houses the large closet and entertainment center and the drivers side rear slide has a full size queen bed that has ample storage under it. This is definitely one of the few Class C RVs that can truly accommodate 2 couples. This RV sits on a 2008 Ford F-550 Crew Cab 4x4 Chassis. It is equipped a 350HP Powerstroke Turbo Diesel Engine mated to the rock solid Torque-Shift Automatic Transmission. The truck has just under 11,000 miles and is like new. This is the upgraded Lariat Package which has heated leather bucket seats, steering wheel controls, climate control, and many other creature comforts. A fully automatic hydraulic leveling system has been installed and it has an auxiliary navigation system (w/ backup camera) and a flip down DVD player w/ wireless headphones. The cab has NEVER been smoked in and has NO issues whatsoever. Although this unit is a 2008, it was not put into service until 2010. The state of the economy in 2008 and 2009 was tough on the RV industry, so this unit sat on a dealers lot for 2 years before it was sold. A gentleman located about a 100 miles north of me purchased the unit from a dealership in Twin Falls, Idaho. We are offering this 2002 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36' DBD Class A Motorhome with two slide outs located just outside San Antonio, Texas. This model is powered by an 8.1 L 340HP Vortec gasoline engine with a workhorse chassis. It has a brand new battery for the front; new seal on the living room slideout; new inverter; comes with snap on custom sunshades for all windows, providing shade and privacy; and even the front door as well as covers for all tires and mirrors. It comes with an Onan 5.5 generator, hydraulic jack leveler, current inspection and Texas license tags. One slide has an awning; one does not; there is a large manual canopy on the passenger side; has a back up monitor; 50 amp service; two A/C units; hardwood and carpeted floors; microwave;2 flat screen tv's;This model also has the following features: Fabulous 1 full bathroom with corner shower and just past dining area is a second bathroom with toilet, sink and plenty of storage. Both toilets in the coach are no more than 3 yrs old. With one being replaced just over a year ago (Thetford brand) There are hookups if you choose to put your own washer/dryer in the kitchen compartment. There is a 10 gallon hot water heater located under counter in kitchen. We replaced the original side by side refrigerator about a year ago with a black household refrigerator. Extra cupboard space was crafted beside the new refrigerator. There are four dining chairs included (two fold away for storage under short Queen bed); Two of the chairs we had recovered within 2 years ago. Also there is a burgundy colored swivel recliner included. All cupboards have beautiful oak finish. There is a flexsteel jackknife sofa ( does have some separation in stitching). The driver and passenger seats have a leather like look. Included is a custom steel porch/steps made by Hoffmann. This coach has a low mileage reading of 64,930 miles. If you are looking a comfortable and durable RV, this supplies all of that and more. The first photo shown is a stock photo of this model with same paint scheme, but not this actual coach? We have treated this for the last 4 years with tender loving care, but no longer will use it and it needs a good home for another family to make memories. We have all maintenance records. Fleetwood Pace Arrow Class A 32' RV Motorhome Coach Runs Good Needs Some Work. Has generator, awnings and exhaust fan for interior heat ventilation. Please read everything and we need local sale or cash in hand on pickup. We'll also need about 2 hours to unload the boxes and items stored so please be patient while we get everything transferred to a storage unit near Sealy Texas. This is completely self contained and comes with a sewer tote. You will need to get this vehicle weighed before the title can be transferred as per Texas state law. Local pickup only but you can drive it if you get a temporary tag. Toilet was removed to use bathroom as a storage but we have the original toilet. Shower dome leaks in tub and has cracks. Kitchen plumbing leaks and sink basin/drawers need to be replaced. Rocking chair was removed due to tears and damage but we have the mounting hardware if you get a chair. Fresh water holding tank water pump went out and needs replacing. Back room lamp removed to make room for storing boxes. One hydraulic jack missing a spring but still works okay with the remaining spring. Both rooftop a/c's need cleaning and oil to work again and are considered as-is for repair. A couple of windows need caulking or new rubber and streaks on walls from moisture dripping down from those areas. May need new cranking battery I had to borrow one to start it last few times it was started. Electric stairs need fixed. 20' main awning separated at the end but still in tact and needs screwed back on. California plates so needs to be weighed before title transfer in Texas. Sold as-is and we have described all good and not so good issues accurately and to the best of our knowledge.
