Hello Everyone! I am selling this very cool 1990 FORD E250 Econoline Camper Conversion Van / RV. By Coachmen. It has 88,077 Original Miles, a 5.8 V8 Engine, Clear Title, auto transmission, and in good condition inside and out. This is the perfect RV / Camper for travelers or adventure lovers looking for a easy-to-drive, self-contained camper. It is fun, clean, dependable, and runs great. I bought this camper specifically for a "Musicians / Surfers" road trip a few months ago. We traveled from New York, to Canada, and then down the coast all the way to Alabama. The trip lasted a few weeks and covered 2850 miles. The trip was excellent and the van functioned perfectly. We covered the (nearly 3000 miles) distance with ease and never had the slightest problem with the camper. This was the entire purpose of buying the van.. and since the trip has finished, I have no need for it. So its time to pass it on to other adventure loving people. I am not "mechanically minded" in the least, so I will list everything I know about the camper since using it on our road trip.. but as far as all the bells and whistles, I am not entirely familiar. I will say, that I have had no problem with the RV, and it was a joy to drive all the way home. I like the size of this type of RV, as well as the convenience of an on-board shower and toilet, also it has enough space for 3 adults to travel easily along with their surfboards / musical gear. After Driving for 3 weeks. Here are my observations. DETAILS: . Smooth running van, drove 3000 miles on musician's road trip. Never had a problem. . V8 power. Plenty of power for the hills and valleys of NC. . Owned 3 Months. Bought for the road trip. Do not need anymore. . Average Highway MPG = 14 -16 using regular 87 octane gas. . Easy to Drive, easy to park. Will fit (barely) into a regular parking space. . Easily hooks up to any standard outlet. . Has on-board fresh water tank / pump system. Shower and Sink can my used anywhere! . Has Gas Heater / Furnace. THE GOOD: . For being nearly 26 years old, the van looks good inside and out. . Exterior is shiny and in great shape. . Clear Title, in hand. . Mechanically sound. Starts up instantly and runs smooth. . Newer Heavy Duty Battery . Newer Tires (3000 miles on them) . New Sony Sound System . Repainted a few years ago and sealed. . Shower and Toilet Work Great . AC blows ICE COLD . Dash AC works well . Very clean . Massive Trailer Hitch . All Interior Wood in good condition . 2 Separate Gas Tanks. . Brakes are solid. . Power Windows & Door Locks. . Fuel Injected. (Whatever that means) . Microwave . Fridge (powered by propane or electric) . Tons of Cabinets . Propane Stove (untested) . Gray Water + Black water holding tanks . Fresh Water Tank THE NOT-SO-GOOD . Average / Significant wear and tear on the carpet, and drivers seats. . Paint chips on the outside . Random slight scuffs and stains on the interior . No generator (their is space for one I believe) . No curtains . No Mattress for the upper sliding bed. . Tint on upper window peeling. . Small 1" patch on sofa fabric . Slight rust around the trailer hitch. . Rear storage / coat rack needs panel re-attached. This is everything I know about the van after travelling in it for 3 weeks. I do stand by my description as being accurate. I am including nearly 100 photos of the van. Showing everything inside and out. Please look at these to make a decision. I have priced this van roughly 1/2 of the ones that are in excellent condition. I feel it is well worth the asking price. This van is 25 years old, it is not perfect.. but it is $6000 less than other camper van's like it in "excellent" cosmetic shape. Any questions: call me 205-529-8779. I will answer to the best of my ability. A $400 deposit is due immediately through paypal. The camper MUST be picked up within a week of purchasing. I will accept the rest of the payment via Cash or Money Order. This van is sold where is / as is. No warranty. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU CAN MEET THESE TERMS! Please refer to the photos.. and be patient because there are a lot! PHOTOS TAKEN SEPT 19TH, 2014.
