Excellent condition, gently used and well maintained. Sleeps 5 comfortably (2 king size beds and 1 twin that converts to portable dinette table). Hot/Cold running water inside w/outdoor shower. Refrigerator and 2 stoves (1 inside - 1 carryout). Furnace/heater and A/C. Ample storage inside with attached outdoor storage trunk. Inside toilet. Comes with camping fans and curtains, as well as two memory foam mattresses to go on top of or in place of the standard mattresses. Power lift for the pop top.Dual propane tanks (we added a second).One small tear in the linoleum flooring (pictured). Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. We are selling it because we just do not use it. In the four years we have had it, it has been used AT THE MOST 10 times, likely more like 6. We loved it when we did use it.
