We reupholstered all the cushions and put in new drapes. It has two pullouts that form beds and the table folds down to make a bed as well. Its a super easy set up and perfect for family use. We also are including the original screened in porch which is considered a rarer add on and on average sells for $275. The awning has ripped off and will need to be replaced.
