1997 40' COUNTRY COACH INTRIGUE with GRANDVIEW SLIDE $63,500 This is the best year model Coach you will find on todays market. All the standard features the Country Coach Intrigue comes with, including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and washer/dryer are here. The interior has been extensively updated and remodeled. Carpet, tile, wall covering, window boxes along with day/night shades, backsplash's, interior lighting, slide out trim and cabinetry have all been updated with a warm, inviting motif. The Coach has been enhanced with pair of Lifeline GPL-8DA house batteries and two roof mounted solar panels. The 2000 watt inverter/battery charger upgraded to a Xantrex Freedom with remote controller. The original microwave upgraded to a Frigidaire stainless steel Microwave/Convection oven. The Pilot/Co-pilot seats have been recovered and upgraded with seat heat and adjustable lumbar support. Driver seat also has powered back message roller. The lower half of the exterior was repainted with an elegant deep maroon with a gold metal flake added to give it sparkle. The main and slide-out awning hardware has been upgraded to Zip Dee's latest mounting hardware. Additionally the slide-out awning fabric has been replaced with OEM Sunbrella fabric and a stainless steel air dam added to prevent ballooning of the slide awning in strong crosswinds. This is a gorgeous Country Coach Intrigue Class A motorhome. In 1995 this coach sold for over $200,000, which says a lot about the quality craftsmanship. This is a full-timer's rig, no cheap veneers, plastic toilets, or tiny useless appliances. Solid cherry cabinetry and doors. Custom cork flooring, fresh paint, new solid-surface kitchen countertop, brand new GE profile convection oven and microwave, new gas cooktop, new undermount double basin S.S. sink. There is even space for a dishwasher if you so desire. This is the biggest kitchen you will ever find in a Tiny House. Large double door refrigerator and freezer that was just serviced with new freon and insulation.This RV has been loved and further customized by the addition of a huge electric slide-out in the living room/kitchen area, which allows so much more space and livability. A queen-sized bed in the back bedroom is surrounded by storage, plenty of closet space, and bookcases.Worried about having to take a shower over your toilet? Not here..... How about your choice of a shower or a bath with a full sized bath tub and glass sliding doors? A separate toilet room with porcelain toilet (all moving parts recently replaced), and, in-house washer and dryer for laundry. This coach is sooo well-planned and luxurious!It has been furnished as our home, but with a couple bolts, would be easily roadsafe with such fun and unique furniture (all included). From a mechanical standpoint, the coach is powered by a huge diesel Cummins 300hp engine that starts right up and an Allison Transmission. The Allison computer was just replaced ($4000 value) and has a 2 year transferable warranty. The rig has an airbag leveling system which is superior the high maintenance hydraulic jacks. It has an inverter that allows use of items like laptops, TV's, oven, laundry, and other 110 voltage appliances. Newer domestic and chassis batteries. Awnings for the windows, a large electric awning for the patio, and a slide topper for the electric slide. Two A/C units for keeping cool in the hot Arizona summers were recently professionally cleaned and serviced. We have lived in this wonderful rig for the past 1 1/2 years, but renovations are just recently completed so you get all the new digs.
