So, if I use the Coach , Motorhome , or RV please understand i am referring to this trailerGENERALLY, the trailer you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit.This 5th wheel is NOT a repo. V2GRV took this trailer in on trade for a diesel pusher RV The outside of the travel trailer is probably in above avg to nice condition when compared to other 4 yr old trailers. There is no known damage or similar.The inside of the trailer is probably in above avg to nice condition when compared to other 4 yr old travel trailersInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This trailer approx 34 foot According to NADA.Gross weight is approx 14500 lbs. This means most 3/4 to 1 ton full size trucks can tow this with ease. For your safety and the safety of others please review your owners manual for safe towing procedures. The person used a Dodge 2500 diesel to tow the trailer to V2GRV. The truck in the pictures is V2GRV's own 2500 dodge truck. Please note minimal squatting. The dodge truck is NOT included NADA values the Montana in the low 40s with no options added. If you are expecting a decent to nice 4 year old travel trailer that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 4 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the king bed. sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. April 2015, found invoice. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. The carpet under the dinette is slight different color, so its either faded, or the carpet has been changed. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. This RV is like a Diesel Pusher in the fact the motor sits in the back of the RV. Makes for a much quieter ride. It also has an allison transmission, much like many diesel RVs. The Onan Generator sits up front as well. For those wondering, this RV was built with a gas motor from the factory. The GM 8100 Big Block. According to the Web the motor has approx 340HP, and 455 ft lbs of torque. A comparable Cummins diesel had approx 300HP and 500 Ft lbs of torque. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 6 year old motorhome. This outside of the coach is probably in above avg. condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs with 90k miles. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs with 90k miles Please keep in mind that the new owner will probably not wear out the motor. I have seen the 8.1 liter with over 200k miles still going strong. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Winnebago Destination Itasca Latitude 37G, built on GM 's rear engine Workhorse chassis. According to the sticker on the firewall the brake recall has been done. The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter Hitch 6k capacity with correct hitch Generator Onan pass thru storage Electric Entry Steps Main Awning wrapped in metal Stove top heat pump basement AC system Microwave Convection Oven In motion satelite dish TV s Slide toppers Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. It towed a Jeep liberty with no problems This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is a dual stage basement AC units that works. it is complete with a dual stage heatpump The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a GM Workhorse Big Block 8100 8.1 Liter V8 Fuel injected motor. The motor ran fine on the way home The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan generator runs and makes power. The hour meter shows 5k hours. The gen does appear to have some blow by. The gen has run over an hour under a load trouble free There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 90k this includes a 7k mileage deduct This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 6 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, and are less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. 2010 Michelin tires The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. The sofa uses a 2 part air mattress system. One of the systems has been patched and seems to leak at the patch The microwave convection oven display does not always light up. Sometimes it lights up, some times it doesnt. the oven still works when the display is not lighting up I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title till your funds clear MY bank or approx 7-8 Calender days. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
