Please remember that this is a used unit although I believe it is in good condition and ready to drive out, it is still considered used.Please do not read anything into my descriptions or make assumptions. Vacation To Go RVs is generally open by appt. only Monday-Friday, for viewing and pickup. Typically 9:30-4:30 Eastern. When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. This way I can show you the fridge and AC systems etc etc... are working like its stated with in the ad, this allows you to buy with confidence that you are purchasing exactly what was advertised. I understand that it is human nature to shop for bargains, and that many participants in the internet community will bid on ANYTHING if they think they can buy it for 30% to 50% of its actual minimum market value. Do me a favor: get in the game. Now about this item... GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is WELL above avg shape when compared to other 15yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is Well above avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 38 foot according to the spec sheet found inside the RV. This coach is a Country Coach Magna no slide RV. It is built on Country Coach 's own chassis the Dyno Max series. Much like Monaco they build thier own chassis. Unlike Fleetwood / American Coach , or Newmar who use either Freightliner or typically Spartan Chassis The coach has the following options/features: Leveling air system not Hyd Jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 7k capacity Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Awning wrapped in metalwindow awnings aluminum wheelsStove top Microwave Oven TV Diesel burner heating system similay to Aqua hot / Hydra Hot systemsheat pumps2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. The engine AC comp cycles on and off The Engine is an upgraded C10 Cat 10.3 liter. The motor says 370HP, however the spec sheet says optional 385HP C10 Cat. The standard motor was a Cummins ISC 8.3 liter 350HP The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. Less than 1100 hours on it. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it. This is one of the few RVs V2GRV will call nice I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Full body paint is in great shape There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 15 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires were made in late 2008 to mid 2009. Currently there is no sidewall cracking. Most likely the Michelin tires were installed mid to late 2009. Under normal usage the tires should be good for approx 2 more yrs The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. The odometer reads approx 89k miles. The unit is over 10yrs old and was sold to V2GRV was miles exempt due to the age and weight. With that said, i will disclose a couple of things. According to Car Fax there is odometer discrepancy twice. The most recent says sold in June at an auction, prior to when it was sold to V2GRV.I bought the RV in July. I called the auction they said they cant do anything about it since Car FAx tends to make mistakes. Also, the hour meter on the motor does read approx 3300 would would indicate more than 100k miles. With all this said, the RV was sold to me exempt, and will be sold AS Exempt for the miles due to the weight and yr At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do NOT bid. . If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit.
